Well I would have hoped that dealing with a business with so many good reviews would not have resulted in this. This review is based solely on the service we received after the original purchase, as the sale part was a smooth and pleasant process. So after picking our new 2023 800 g2 up on July 29th 2023 took it home and very proudly showed it off to neighbor's on the street as its a great looking unit. July 31st got out for 1st ride as seen in pics it got a little muddy. Aug 5th go out for 2nd ride and lost all power complete shut down when crossing hwy 45 scary incident indeed as cars were coming at us. Upon investigating discovered the sound bar connection that was installed was totally corroded resulting in it shorting out everything waited for buddy to come pick us up with trailer. Contact Lauren on the Monday and explained what happened and brought bike down for repairs, I had Shawn out to look at wiring job and asked how could new bar be this corroded all ready and he replied water will do that and it should have been wired direct anyways . So bike was left there and when they called back said bike needed new wiring harness and battery but both were on BO . Yes i was frustrated to say the least but it is what it is and they did a tie wrap fix to get me by until parts came in. Fast forward until Oct still waiting for parts go out for a ride and bam bike shuts down 3 miles from home same issue get trailer and take home. Bring bike back down as part is now in and get it replaced 277km,s on at this point, for all the issues they did a full service on the bike as a way of making it better which I thanked them for . Didn't really get to use it much as trails were now closed for start of sled season but had a blade installed for winter. Started using it to plow a few times and noticed it was having hard time holding charge few more times using and EFI light came on . Took down for service and yes Lauren said it might be 2 weeks as boat s need to be started , I said could you get me a trade in price for this unit on a 24 as I'm thinking this is a lemon. i did call several times during the next week to inquire where I was in the line as i was trying to figure a trip. When finally get call that bike is ready get there to pick it up to be told that all my issues were a missing fuse that someone must have pulled on purpose. I said that they must have forgot to put in last service in fall at 277km,s and it now has 300 km,s on it. Regardless I was charged the 164.00 so they would let me take it home .My wife left a bad review that night as i felt it was warranted . Dillon called me back after I tried calling on the Wed and after much discussion agreed to refund my money which i still haven't received as it could take 3 days. Anyways not very good experience And as far as berating my wife and saying you don't know who she is that is also laughable as you met her when we purchased the bike . No worries about me coming back as a customer and hopefully any one reading this review does due diligence with this operation, Best of luck on your future dealings with customers spending hard earned money at your business.

Recently purchased a cf motto U10 Pro from Shawn at Hastings Marine and Powersports. We had never been there before and we were looking to trade our 2022 Polaris for a side-by-side. He is very knowledgeable about the products he sells, very friendly and not at all pushey. We ended up buying a 2025 U10 and it is gorgeous. There is no other dealer around that sells utvs like the cf motto. Our unit is equipped with everything a car has , push button start, dual side mirrors, power steering, horn, signal lights , stereo it is amazing and at a very fair price. The overall purchase of the vehicle was easy and Shawn went out of his way to make it as flawless as possible. He gave us a very fair trade for our Polaris, so if you are looking to buy an atv or power boat I would strongly recommend checking out Hastings Marine and Powersports before making a purchase, we are certainly glad we did and I am not easy to impress so please check this place out.

I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn and Dillon at Hastings Marine to inquire about some crafts I've been wanting under the tree this year! The atmosphere is very inviting, and the energy is welcoming! Their inventory looks great, as well as a clean layout! 5 stars for representation and customer service!

Had my boat winterized there every fall while I owned it. This year upon first use it was discovered that 2 frost plugs were blown out, exhaust manifold was cracked, block was cracked and Bellows ripped. I was told this is indicative of it not being winterized properly, when I called they claimed it wasn't their fault and they wouldn't make a mistake like this. Would not go there again.

After reading there response I feel compelled to review again.
I have the work order which clearly states that the oil and filter where changed. Nowhere on the invoice does it state that they found moisture/water in the oil .
But thanks for calling me a liar, much appreciated.

Shawn, Lauren and Dillon are amazing to work with. My husband and I have purchased 2 CFmotos from them (cforce 800 and zforce 800). The customer service is excellent and they are super helpful and friendly. I recommend them to everyone!

Had a great experience with this establishment. My husband was looking for a specific machine and Dillon, one of the sales associates was super helpful in finding what he was looking for without pressure as my husband wanted to show me first before making any decisions. We returned the following day and met with the owner, who was patient and very accommodating. He let us drive around the lot in different machines to see what best suited us and was available for questions. We did end up finding the best machine for us and the financing process was quick and seamless.
We will for sure recommend business to family and friends in the future.

Purchased a UForce 1000 from Shawn this summer. Had good communication before and after the purchase.

They even went out of their way to bring over their own machine so we could test drive one before purchasing. We would totally reccomend Hastings Marine and the CF Moto brand.

Servicing the machine has also been easy through them. Thanks Shawn, Lauren and everyone at Hastings Marine.
