The folks at Indian Head Chrysler are second to none. We came in to trade off a vehicle that didn't fit our needs, found issues with the trade vehicle, the team worked very hard to ensure we had our needs met and left with what we needed. Bought a vehicle in May of this year. They were great till pick up let me take home a vehicle with issues. Came back to get it fixed drove 2.5 hours and they didn’t even fix the problem. So had to go back and now can’t get a hold of anyone, was also told I might have to pay for the fixed when it was like this the day of picking it up. My rep never even check up afterwards as I texted him the day I picked up. Super disappointed with their service.

Stuck here for a few days with a faulty car, we were very lucky that the manager (in the middle of an inventory that day) helped us with his kindness and what my husband needed to repair the car.
The dealership was closed but he helped us and we thank him and the two ladies who were also working that day.

My transmission broke down on a road trip and ended up needing to be replaced. Not being a chrysler vehicle, they did an excellent job at accomodating my request to use only Ford OEM parts. When there was any trouble with the repair Holly was very communicative, which I really appreciated. After getting the car back it has been running better than ever!
