Dans une région touristique mais cependant quelque peu reculée de l`Ontario où les villages n`abondent pas, ce Motel extrêmement propre et bien tenu peut être une étape utile dans un périple ontarien. Niché dans un bois près d`une route très peu passante, ce Motel a un certain charme qui cependant se paie au prix très fort, l`addition dépassant très largement la valeur réelle de l`étape. Excellent petit déjeuner fait maison non inclus dans l`addition et là aussi extrêmement coûteux. Accueil globalement peu chaleureux avec un refus total de parler le moindre mot de francais

We stumbled upon this opportunity randomly online, and we are forever grateful to have been lucky enough to book the Dome at the very last minute.

First, the area: We visited in March and immediately fell in love with the landscape, the charming town vibe, and the abundant wildlife. We can’t wait to return in the summer and fall—I’m sure the scenery will be breathtaking. Deer are part of the community, so don’t be surprised to see them roaming around blissfully.

Second, our stay: Harsha and Jag made our entire experience incredibly welcoming and restful. We had plenty of privacy in a truly unique setting. The Dome had everything we needed for our three-night stay, and they even surprised us with a complimentary, delicious charcuterie board and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Beautifully decorated in a boho-chic style, we were surrounded by nature with a stunning view of the lake (Lakeview Motel 😉). Outside, the spacious deck featured our very own hot tub, which made our stay even more special.

My husband and I truly enjoyed every moment, and we both look forward to returning in the future.

Thank you, Harsha and Jag, for your attentive service and thoughtful touches—you made our stay unforgettable. We will be back!

I stayed at the Lakeview Motel this past weekend and it was quite a nice place to stay. The room was quaint and clean. The bed was super comfortable too!

The price for the night was decent and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. If I’m out that way again I would definitely stay here again.

10/10 recommend staying here

Booked the Dome in cold stormy westher, and it was so cozy and relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You feel like they are excited to have you stay with them. The hot tub was immaculately clean and warm and inviting on a cold and stormy night. Perfect place to book in the winter months when you need a night to relax and get away from the world. Looking forward to returning in the summer for the same relaxation but different feel. Very happy, can't wait to return.

Really cute area which was beautiful in the winter. It has a lovely trail in the back and you are guaranteed to see deer.
This is also a very friendly place for dogs.
Rooms were tidy and comfortable. There are definite signs of new renovation, linens, and a surprisingly good on room coffee.
The hotel desk clerk was super friendly. I definitely want to come back in the summer for the pool.

It was beautiful experience and well worth for the price and it's very clean, modern and worth the money! it's very close to so many major attractions and stores. Harsha at the resort office was so warm and informative. We will definitely come back and this time we will stay at the dome 😊😁. Thank you for everything.

We stayed in the Geodesic Dome to celebrate our birthdays and the view was amazing! The room inside was beautifully decorated and even had a propane fireplace. Our hostess, Harsha, had a lovely complementary charcuterie board prepared and a bottle of wine chilling for us in the fridge when we arrived - what amazing service! As the sun went down, deck lights and spot lights under the trees on the site made for a magical surrounding during our time in the hot tub!
We loved our stay so much, we booked again for the summer and the fall during our checkout!
