The scariest part about this activity is just sitting on the boat while awaiting your turn.

Parasailing isn't frightening at all. The crew is experienced. You are released from the deck very gently. There aren't any sharp or sudden moments that can scare you. You can go solo, in a group of two, or a maximum of three people at one ride. Each activity is 10-12 minutes long. There would be three to four groups with you in the boat and the total tjme you are in the boat would be about an hour, depending on other attendees and their pairing groups.

The only thing that I didn't like was that we reached 40 mins early from the actual booking time, as mentioned in the email, but the activity started almost 45 mins late from the scheduled time, so in total, we had to wait for one and a half hour to get in to the boat. I wish they had informed us earlier so we didn't have to wait in the scorching heat.

But that frustration quickly evaporated once we did the parasailing. An experience of a lifetime. To emphasize that the whole parasailing is fun, the youngest one in our group was nine years. He was unnerved to go, but once he did the parasailing, he wanted to do it again.

Took my husband here for his birthday and we had a spectacular time! It was his first time parasailing and he had a blast! The staff was wonderful and our captain kept us entertained during the trip! We definitely recommend it. The view was beautiful and made you forget you were in Canada.

We just went today at 6pm. Had a blast. Not scary, felt very safe and enjoyed. Everyone participating came back with big smiles. The crew is friendly. We "hooked" more of our friends to go too. Thanks for a great time!

STAY AWAY!!!! My families booked the service on September 04 in the morning. We were thrown into the water because the engine stopped all of a sudden while we were high in the sky. We were drowning in the freezing cold for more than 15mins before we were told to swim back. We lost our personal belonging in the water because we never thought this could happen.
We asked to talk to the management but were told that the management would call us as soon as possible but after 72 hours, NO ONE called us. We called another time to follow up and were told that the management people would call us back but still NOTHING. They simply DON'T care. This could've been a much worse accident because they don't seem to be prepared at all for an accident like this. Such terrible management could get people seriously injured or killed. Please STAY AWAY from this company!!!!!

Went parasailing the other week with some friends and had an incredible time. The staff Matthew, Tess and Lloyd were absolutely exceptional. Matthews customer service skills were so great and made my friends and I feel like we had known him forever making the experience even better! Highly recommend to anyone and will 100% be going back with even more friends this time!! A special shout-out to Bruce, the biggest shark in Lake Ontario!

So much fun for my kids and myself. My boys went up in tandem seat and loved it. I strongly suggest you to get their GoPro camera offer and join the ride on the boat as observer. Price does add up but it’s once in the lifetime fun and it’s worth. Crew is amazing and very organized and professional.
