My husband and I recently returned from a Collette tour to Morocco ( Colours of Morocco).
We were extremely pleased with the tour. The accommodations were great. We stayed in a lovely interesting Riad, two resort style hotels and a luxury desert tent.
The thing that really made this tour stand out was the guides. Our main guide Khaled was informative, kind and very patient. At one point along our journey he asked the bus to stop so he could treat us to local dates. He bought us Moroccan football shirts and he had his friend make us bookmarks with our names in Arabic. He was dealing with 24 different personalities and he did so with patience and professionalism.
Each stop we made we also had a local guide. These local guides shared stories, guided us through Medinas and rounded us up to make sure we didn’t get lost. We felt safe and comfortable at all times in their hands. Thank you to
Rabat : aziz ( you started our tour off thoughtfully and showed us your beautiful capital)
Fès : thami ( The “ candy man”, you shared treats with the local people and taught us respect for the vendors)
Volubilis : tahr ( we learned much from you about the Roman history)
Fès : abdo ( an interesting tour through Fes and the many hand made crafts Morocco has to offer)
Marrakech : Mustapha ( thank you for taking the time to help three shoppers navigate the sooks. Also thank you for bargaining for us and getting us great deals !)
Mosque : hicham ( you gave us significant insight into Islam, thank you)
You all made this a memorable trip and we will definitely be booking with Collette again.

First time we’ve been with Collette. Being from Canada. Eh! Lol Always seen them on “Wheel of Fortune” as trips. Definitely worth it. We did Costa Rica “ a world of nature” .
It definitely was !!!! Our tour manager, Guillermo was the absolute best. He was a wealth of information. He picked all of his guides that would give us the best experience possible, from our coach driver, Jason He was a walking encyclopedia, had all the information on nature, culture, history, lucky to have him as a tour manager, G was the man that made the trip!

Fun way to spend time outdoors. Food truck is great to have and the petting zoo is great for the kids. Never skated at night but the whole.path is lit. We'll have to try it sometime.💖
