I rented charter bus with Happy Niagara Tours. We were group of 12 from Calgary. The bus arrived on time at our hotel lobby. We had our tour guide Shahzaib we was very polite and loving person. He gave us plenty of time on each stop and was very patient. We had fun overall and very interesting tour.

This address is listed as Happy Niagara Tours but we drove to that location and no such business existed there and according to the people there it never has. UPDATED: After the rude reply from Happy Niagara I definitely would avoid this place. This was not a scam posting, My family was in Toronto for the Xmas and you will see many other positive in the Toronto area. My wife and daughter were with me and there were no buses in sight and no such business at the address from Google search. We even double checked when we were there. Funny it took them almost 4 months to reply. Probably took them that long to get the address corrected.

Haroon was a fantastic guide! Definitely recommend going on the boat, made the experience so much better. Would also recommend packing your own lunch, time is limited and the only restaurants there are big chains that take a while to get food from.

Our guide Haroon was very friendly and professional! 2 people somehow missed the boat ride and he was very accommodating to allow them a chance to do the ride while the rest of us visited the other attractions.
