Very unprofessional. I cancelled my ticket in February and they said they will send me the money back in 3 weeks . It is more than 2 months when I call them back and they said they cleared the cheque. I remind them to give my money back.
I didn’t pay via credit card and was not expecting refund in credit card.I sent e-transfer to pay for ticket and was expecting my refund in e-transfer. And if you refund money by cheque, you should inform the customer that their cheque is ready for pick up. It is more than 8 weeks. Yesterday one of your representative said that cheque is ready , I can pick up at ray Lawson blvd location or I can pick up today at Peter Robertson location. When I call them today to ask about where to pick up my cheque, he said cheque is not ready. Is this professional?

I’ve always been booking my tickets from Mann travels for the past 5 years. This morning I called, the lady who answered the call was rude(almost as if she was doing me a favour answering the call). That is your job, don’t like it? Don’t do it.
Poor customer service is a good enough reason for not booking any longer with your company.
