My worst experience dealing with a 3rd party booking agency.
The agency disguised under Gotogate online booking site. My trip destination was deemed unsafe by the government and I tried appealing to GoToGate to get refund as a special request due to advisory. I was being bumped back to the airline that kept saying that the agency has the authority and means to refund and cancel at their discretion. That's when the airline provided me the 'real' name behind GoToGate.
The agency stayed adamant to my repeated pleas and oblivious to the hardship I endured already due to the situation in my hometown.

I truly appreciate all the personal service that the staff at Huntington provide - especially Jeff in the hotel department and Tom in the air department. However everyone I deal with there is amazing at their job and as an agent I am happy to continue to do business with Huntington!

What an incredibly poor company. They booked me on a flight with a reasonable connection time (1.5 hrs) - fine - but it transpires that when the in coming and outgoing company don’t have any formal agreements in place they don’t communicate properly on flight delays. The outcome is my 1.5 hrs delay means I missed my flight by 10 mins, with no communication between flight carriers and to top if off I end up stuck in a foreign country being held on hold (and passed from 4 departments now and counting) for 2 hours (in terms of conversing with real people - 10 mins!). What a bunch of schiesters this lot are.

Worst experience ever with a travel agency. 5 hours on hold. Dropped calls when waiting for over an hour to connect. The whole experience was a nightmare. No communication whatsoever from this company regarding my trip. I sent multiple emails to different departments with no response. Save yourself the trouble and buy directly from the airlines.

Would never offer this company business again. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had to bypass the company with the airline 24 hours before my trip to assure I had a connecting travel.

Please stay away! This was the worst experience ever! They put me on hold for over 6 hours. They did everything to evade my request for assistance with the flight change. First they dropped the call, then claimed i was contacting the wrong department and should call back and once i was able to get a hold of someone they said they were facing technical difficulties and should call back in 2 to 4 hours. You will also be unable to reach anybody at their HQ in Canada as the company has offshored its call centre services to India. I also tried to email the company to no avail. You're better off going with a different agency or through the airlines. Save yourself the hassle and avoid!!

I don’t know about anyone else but KRUTI DESAI is one of the most amazing and helpful agents I have met in my life. She has always helped me in minutes and it’s because of her bookings that made our family’s travel so easy. I highly recommend her. She is super helpful and always available. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

My husband and I are in our 70's and had never gone to an all inclusive before last July when we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. We booked through your agency and Nada Antonius was our agent. she has since booked two more trips for us which we have taken and we couldn't be happier with her service. She has gone above and beyond what we expected from an agent during a very busy vacation time. She was never too busy to answer questions and has gone the extra mile when we required special assistance. My husband has cancer and she ensured that this last trip just a week ago was comfortable and pleasant for him. We would not hesitate to call on her in the future Kudos Nada.
