Brown Bros property management company have been our management company for two different properties. We have been very fortunate to have received excellent service with this company.
I will speak to the property my husband and I are currently in, a new build, The Kentwood Place on Goldstream Avenue. The building itself is beautiful in a fantastic, walkable location overlooking The Royal Colwood golf course. The process of moving in was seamless from our previous rental unit. Rose handled the administrative piece and was wonderful to deal with, responsive and prompt with any questions we had. Our building managers Jim and Seann are organized, personable and very speedy with replies to any questions, and were most helpful as we were settling into our new home. Anytime we have had an issue in either of our units Brown Bros was on top of it very quickly. They are a great company to deal with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. And come check out The Kentwood Place, we are very happy in this beautiful building.

I had the pleasure of having Jillian Thibault from Brown Bro's property management as my landlord while I was living in Victoria! She helped us find the perfect townhome and was very professional, responsive on any issues that were raised, and prompt with solutions. I've had a few landlords over the years and Jillian made this experience very positive. Can't recommend them enough for both renters and people looking for a management company! Garbage pickup and recycling is reliable and cleaner with GFL.
Issues are acknowledged promptly and dealt with, including proper handling of finances.

Our experience with The Brown Bros. Residential Property team has been extremely positive. Not only are they an absolute pleasure to work with, but they are extremely professional, organized, and responsive. We are fortunate to work directly with both Conrad and Rose. During the rental process, they handled every detail very professionally and they went above and beyond to help us get settled in. It was very well done! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jillian from Brown Bros is simply the best landlord I’ve ever had. From the very start, she went above and beyond by sending me virtual tours of the apartment since I was unable to visit in person. She made the entire process seamless, from ensuring everything was set up perfectly in the apartment to the final walk-through at the end of my tenancy.
Jillian was incredibly responsive and always had a smile on her face. She even treated my dog like her own, which meant the world to me. Even after my tenancy ended, she continued to help by answering my questions and providing references. I feel so fortunate to have had her as a landlord. Thank you, Jillian and Brown Bros, for making my renting experience exceptional! Highly recommend!
