I went to Food Mart, and let me tell you, the cashier there is such a nice person! They were super helpful and packed all my items in bags for me. It's great to receive such friendly service while shopping. Food Mart is definitely a place where you can expect helpful and kind staff during your visit.

Terrible. This is not the small town Mildmay store I remember it to be. Why hire people from India if they don’t know anything or understand you? You ask them to help you with getting something and they haven’t a clue what you’re talking about and look at you like you have three heads…. Ridiculous. If you have someone from another country there, have an English speaking person on hand who knows what the people of Mildmay actually want & where to find these items so ease that language barrier/burden for future customers. This is not disrespectful or discrimination as I myself am friends with people from India and also work with them. However, when one is rude to you at a store and cannot understand what you’re wanting her to help you with, then there needs to be a back up plan for this. Not just have the 1 person operate the entire store alone and be unfamiliar and unfriendly towards you. These are issues management has to tend to. You cannot operate a grocery store utilizing the highest prices for products and using the lowest labour costs possible. You need to ensure that all are fully trained and know where everything is & understand customers fully.

Convenience little grocery store off the side of the highway but also in town. Good for grabbing things on your way up North or to Kincardine and so on. Lots of variety of groceries and produce and different departments in the store. The staff are very kind. Everyone was wearing masks for safety.

On my way to silver lake I usually stop here. The pizza bread is delicious, fresh fruits and veggies. They have little shopping carts for kids which is amazing. This trip myself and another patron were left waiting at the till for a long while. We heard her speaking to someone in another language and thought she was helping a customer. When she eventually came back to cash we realized she was having a conversation on the phone with her ear pods in. She didn't acknowledge either one of us and just processed the orders. I had to interrupt her conversation to ask for a bag and after paying she went on to help the next customer in the same manner when I continued to stand there she looked up at me and I asked for my receipt. She said sorry she did not print one. I have no issues with her talking to whoever she was, but when there are customers she really should focus on the customers and their needs as that is a cashier's main job. All in all the store is cute, fresh and it makes sense to just stop there but my most recent experience with the customer service was lacking.

I enjoy shopping here, meat selection is good and fresh produce. For a small town it is very expensive to shop in this store. 1lb of butter is 10.00, even the rich would think prices are way to high. Unfortunately I will shopping elsewhere
