Beautiful hotel on the downtown strip was able to walk most of it. We had a jacuzzi tub room that was just lovely, the bed was comfortable, and pillows were very soft. Did not hear any noise from other rooms, however we were on the 4th floor.

Amazing staff, great rooms, clean and fresh linens. Beds were slightly hard for my liking, but we all have our own preferences. We will definitely be back in the future.

We had an excellent stay...rooms were clean, well laid out and with many amenities. The location was perfect for our needs as it was downtown and near many restaurants, shop and pubs. Breakfasts were hardy and very reasonably priced. The free parking was also appreciated. Finally, I cannot say enough about the amazing and considerate service we received. Thank you so much Miriam, Blake, Yohaan and Kassandra (in the restaurant)!! We highly recommend the Best Western Baker Street and we will be back!

The staff were very helpful. Free parking across the street. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room in the corner, away from the elevators, and facing the courtyard. We had a group dinner at the attached restaurant, the food and drinks were great! If I am in Nelson again I will definitely come back.

Husband and I stayed here unexpectedly while on a road trip. Chose this one as Best Western is a name we know and the reviews were good. We were not disappointed! The staff who helped us are the front desk was wonderful, was able to accommodate our requests of a corner room away from noise, room was great. There was a restaurant attached but it was very loud and busy so we took a walk as this hotel is right downtown and went to Rel-Ish - great little place!!

Great location right downtown. Only con could give is parking sucks, especially for those like us with a big truck and trailer but we were able to park just a block away

Excellent Service & Clean, Comfortable Stay

After an initial hiccup with my reservation, the General Manager, Miriam, went above and beyond to make things right. Her dedication to guest satisfaction is very much appreciated.

Beyond that, the hotel itself is very clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Kudos to the effort put into creating a welcoming and well-run hotel. Thanks again to Miriam and the team for ensuring a great experience!

This is a top notch hotel for front desk customer service from Mary, Karen and Lejani. Five stars for very clean accommodation. The rates matched the overall product. Make sure you eat at Marzano, the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel where they are open daily from 7 a.m. - very late. We are addicted to Marzano!! Oh and parking is free which is a bonus. Super mini-get-away! We shall return in six weeks!

Super clean, friendly staff (the ladies at the front desk are a treat to deal with! Love them!!) The attention to detail at the Best Western goes beyond comprehension. Highly recommend this lively hotel in Nelson’s famous Baker Street. 👍🏻
