Sharing our wonderful experience we had this year with Tina and The Travel Firm. Our family had our first "trip of a lifetime" adventure in Italy this summer. From our first conversation with Tina in January we felt completely comfortable and at ease with her advice and stories she shared on her travels in Italy. We shared a few ideas we wanted to do in Italy and after that she took the wheel and planned out our itinerary on the spot. We had maybe 2 or 3 small adjustments otherwise her knowledge and experience planned the perfect 2 week trip. Everything was taken care of from hotel reservations, plane, train, car pickups and day trips and conveniently packaged into an App that kept everything easily accessible on our phones. To plan a trip of this size having never travelled to Europe with our family before is overwhelming on where to even start and Tina and her staff made it simple and seamless. We can't thank her and her team enough for a wonderful family trip and we look forward to having her plan our adventure!

Tina and The Travel Firm did a wonderful job planning our Italy trip (Venice, Florence, Tuscany and Rome) from hotel recommendations, train tickets, car rental, restaurant recommendations and booking tours - everything was perfect. Tina downloaded the itinerary with all tickets into an app for easy access. We can’t wait for our next trip!

The task of planning my recent trip to Japan was overwhelming, so I reached out to The Travel Firm (after being ghosted by another travel agent) and Tina was so helpful. She took a big bulk of my trip stress away, helping us to book our flights, hotels, and even the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto and back. We made a last minute change to one of our hotels and Tina quickly made it happen. And everything Tina arranged for our trip was perfect.
