If you are looking for a place that accepts pets and has liveable accommodations, this is the place to go. The staff are quite friendly and the rates are affordable. The employee who helped me was adamant about maintaining a high level of credit card security ensuring the name on the card aligned with government issue ID. It is nice to know some people check these things.

The trade you have to be willing to make, however, is in the cleanliness and hygiene department. First, it was clear they were busy prior to my three day stay. I cleaned the floors myself and I wasn't too clear if the bedsheets were changed. There were definitely stains on them that were not of my doing.

Second, there was a syringe left on the windowsill in the bathroom. I did bring this to the attention of the employee working and they didn't bat an eye. Not even an apology.

My love of my puppies encouraged me to stay at this motel. If I was without my furry companions I likely wouldn't have stayed the full duration.

Upon check in, I noticed the dust on the surfaces of the furnitures and immediately did some wiping. I didn't even think of moving to another room cause I came from Hinton, which is about a 5 hour drive - even the floor feels dusty. Washed my hands and face after, and found out there was not a single towel in the room. Called the front desk and a few minutes after gave me a bunch of folded towels. A good hour or so, I was having issues with the internet which was a bit slow, and so decided to wash some stuff, and to my disbelief, each and every towel that was given me was dirty - spots of black and lipstick, crumpled, and one was even wet!! I returned it to the front desk and told her that this was too much considering the pandemic situation. I was just too tired to move to a different place so I just made that a point and told her that if only I would decide to check out, I would demand a full refund of what I paid for, because the room is dirty, dusty and even the shower needs some good cleaning. I also told her that I was a regular in the other hotel owned by the same group (different brand) but I stopped going there because I found a mice in my room, the last time I stayed there. Upon check out, I was given a discount on the room rate although I did not ask for it - I cancelled another reservation with this place which is two days away, and of course decided not to come back or stay here again, and stay away too from the other two hotels within the same group. Some of the guests are loud too. Never coming back and sticking to a number of hotel chains that I've been to.

Unbelievably we were staying here. Not safe around the area, a lot of junkies and my friend got robbed when he was sleeping. Homeless broke in throughout window and stole his phone and more stuffs. Room is so dirty af... no customer service and no housekeeper. And the price? $60 a night? lOl what a joke I don’t wanna stay there even it’s free. I thought it’s shelter for homeless. And I Believe the place accept for COVID patients... We saw a lot of ambience and care workers during the stay ... Seriously this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed for entire my life

Perfectly perfect - we are traveling through Canada with dogs. This place was exactly what we needed. Super comfy beds. Pet friendly! Staff was very kind and accommodating.
Price was unbeatable! Would recommend (Jan 2020)
No tub, just a shower. Water was HOT! Steamy goodness. We did not turn on the TV but it was anew flat screen.
They also have a fridge and coffee maker. We used the fridge, and it worked well.

Positives:
The water was hot.
Negatives:
Unclean, floors need sweeping mopping badly.
Shower floor in serious need of real repair, chunks of concrete blobs everywhere and the grate is just left gaping.
The bed.... Pillow cases have saliver stains all over them, mattress didn't have a proper cover it had a top sheet on it. Said top sheet was covered with white crumbs that were crazy itchy, I didn't see them when I got into bed but I felt them after wiping them off my face.
The phone in the room was non-functional, it rang but there was no audio. Not sure if I need to continue with this review, needless to say I didn't get any sleep. Stay here at your own risk.

We passed through Prince George and decided to stay there for the night and continued on driving the next day. When we booked our rooms at this hotel, we just thought "it's only for a night, we don't need anything fancy". Man were we wrong. It was one of the most uncomfortable stays we've had.

As soon as we entered the parking lot we already knew we were in for an unpleasant stay. There was a homeless man sitting in the parking lot, a car with a broken window, a room with the door open and the neighbourhood looking like it was the sketchy part of the downtown area.

We went to the reception and it was locked. It was weird that they keep the reception area locked. Anyway, we knocked on the door and the lady checked us in - we booked 2 rooms. We went and checked the rooms and the first room was okay, room 214. The one bed was sunken, sheets had a lot of lint, some hair, etc. We went ahead and checked the other room, 215. That room was pretty bad. We saw stains all over the pillows, the bed, and the smell of the room was quite unpleasant.

We asked the lady if we could change rooms and she willingly gave us another room. I can't remember the room number but it was pretty bad. The smell of cigarette smoke was so strong, we just had to open the door and close it right away. We had a couple of kids staying with us and so we asked to get another room again. They gave us room 219 I believe. The smell of the room was better but the sheets had quite a few stains. By this time we were just so exhausted and so we stayed in room 214 and 2019

We were in for more surprises though. We found out there were no towels in any of our rooms, the AC worked and kept the room cool but it woke us all up in the middle of the night several times as it turned on and off on us.

The worst part was we were awoken by the ridiculously loud telephone at 6:20am!!! Reception called us the the man asked if we were still there? Not a good start to our morning for sure.

Very unpleasant stay, not very impressed and will not recommend to anyone even if wanting to save a few bucks. Felt very unsafe, very uncomfortable, WILL NOT GO BACK.

First, the hotel is located in a very sketchy area. Also, not all rooms are very cleaned. I was first assigned a room without a working fridge! Then, the new room, the toilet didn't flush and the shower had no drains! It also looked as if it didn't get cleaned in a while! but, on the bright side, the mattress was surprisingly very comfortable!

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I work for the railway and I'm used to dirt and stayed at many hotels over the years. This was disgusting. The sink didn't work couldn't wash my hands etc. I stayed a week never got new towels or bedding. The bedding was old and dirty so were the towels there was no garbage can in the room. Had to stack trash up by the door nobody ever came to clean the room. I left early and they wouldn't refund me. Zero stars lots of drug dealers and hookers. Lots of yelling and crime filthy filthy place, trashy criminals all over the place. screaming all hours of the night from drug addicts and hookers. Please stay anywhere else 🙏 😔
