L’agence TNT était en lien avec mon école sur place et j’ai pu avoir de nombreux prix pour faire un grand nombre d’activité. Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et sympathique ils essayent vraiment de vous aider s’ils le peuvent, les places que j’ai pu avoir pour aller voir des matchs de hockey ou basket je m’en rapperais toute ma vie tant l’ambiance y était génial. Au début j’ai pu avoir peur d’y aller seul mais un intervenant était là pour aider et tout c’est très bien passé.

I recently went on a trip to montreal that was organized by temple and temple and was incredibly disorganized. The schedule failed to account for traffic or the existence of other people so we were constantly rushing and late. As well as this the food options were incredibly limited and honestly, quite poor. They made major changes to our itinerary last minute and didn't send us an updated version so we had no clue what was happening and we were given a broken bus that had to be repaired, making us even later then we would have been with faulty planning. Though I will say our tour guide was amazing and lovely.

Der Bus war eine Katastrophe! Wir waren danach alle eine Woche krank oder hatten mehrere Tage Kopfweh. 1 1/2 Std Durchzug weil man die Fenster nicht richtig schliessen konnte. Wer am Fenster sass, hat es noch schlimmer erwischt. Es war kalt.

From 1-4 July 2022. I had booked a tour for 4 days in Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec. The whole trip was frustrating and brought extra money and health problems for me and my family. I requested money return because the trip ruined my health, time, and entertainment. The company didn't do it. Afterward, I spent over 400$ for recovery and still have consequences of long-term COVID. When I was in Ottawa, day 4 July. I already felt sick. On July 5 my test for Covid-19 was positive.
The consequences of this trip are still what I have today because of the long COVID-19 which caused that trip. I am still suffering from extreme tiredness, headaches, and weakness.

1. Our driver Dagger. He was extremely unpunctual, he was always late driving in cities. On the first day, of the trip from Toronto to Montreal he was late on 2 hours! He did a loop drive in the whole of Montreal.
On the last day, he was late on 30 minutes late, and the schedule wasn't changed because of his lateness! We had 1.5 hours to watch Ottawa. It's too short for this day! For Montreal, we had 2 days. For Quebec, we had about 6 hours. For Ottawa, we couldn't even have 2 hours, as it was supposed to be! It was terrible for us, we didn't have enough time even to watch the bare minimum of Ottawa!
2. Our guides never checked the temperature of passengers before they entered in bus!!!! It never happened during the whole trip!!! The sad part of the trip was getting infected with COVID-19. I have vaccinated 2 doses, I was in a mask for the trip and still got COVID-19. I truly remember that 6 passengers on the bus near me coughed EVERY SINGLE MINUTE! I wish I was lying, but it is true. 5 Chinese girls and a Brazilian guy coughed and sneezed every minute and even often. Also, my roommate, there was was sick and coughed every single time. She did nothing to stop coughing and didn't allow us to sleep well! The whole night she coughed. I lost my job because of COVID-19. I have money debt. I am still suffering from the consequences of COVID-19: tiredness, headaches, and weakness. I spent over 400$ on food, medicine, and a trip to the hospital. My family got sick from COVID-19 also, this is the saddest part. Please don't assume that this is my fault that I got sick of COVID-19.

I did everything from my side to prevent or get sick. This was the responsibility of the TNT tour to provide safety for passengers. I did everything from my side to be safe. This was the responsibility of TNT not to let sick passengers be on tour.
3. Nobody told us the option to pay for a different bed in the room. We were forced to sleep in 2 beds of 4 people. It wasn't comfortable + sick girl it made everything difficult.
4. All the list of recommended restaurants provided by the Tnt tour are overpriced and super expensive. It's not for student expenses restaurants.

The tnt tour company didn't give me a refund. The company doesn't care about the safety and comfort of customers! Be aware! Don't use this company!

I recently went on a fantastic trip with TNT Tours to Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec, and I must say it was worth every penny! The experience was unforgettable, and I wanted to share my thoughts on this journey.

First and foremost, the tour guide and bus driver were exceptional. They were not only knowledgeable about the places we visited but also very friendly and accommodating throughout the trip. Their warmth and willingness to assist us made the journey even more enjoyable.

The hotel in Montreal was comfortable, clean, and provided a pleasant stay. However, I can't say the same for the hotel in Quebec. Perhaps TNT Tours could consider a different option for accommodations in Quebec in the future. That being said, the overall experience was great, and the slight hiccup with the Quebec hotel did not overshadow the wonderful memories I made.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Marie, our tour guide, for making this trip truly amazing. Her knowledge of the history, culture, and local insights added so much value to the tour. I couldn't have asked for a better guide.

I'm looking forward to my next adventure with TNT Tours. Thanks again for a memorable trip, and see you on my next journey, TNT!

At first i was skeptical about TNT, since when i bought the tour it got cancelled and transferred to another date, but when the date came, i had the best trip of my life! We went to Toronto and John is the best guide i've ever had, if you have the chance to go, take it, you wont regret it.
