Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, en transit depuis le ferry Inside sea. Là, après les 16 heures de traversées majestueuses, on tombe des nues.||L'hôtel est assez sordide, les chambres très vieillottes, la clim est portative avec la sortie d'air qui est bricolée sur la fenêtre. Nous avons été abordés par des personnes saoules, à minuit, devant l'hôtel. Pas d'animosité mais cela ne nous était encore jamais arrivé. Dans le couloir, au 4ème étage, un ventilateur de chaque côté du couloir qui font un vrombissement de moteurs ! Nous nou ssommes relevés pour les éteindre.||On nous a demandé 2 fois de régler la chambre : au check-in et au check-out alors qu'elle était pré-payée.||Hallucinant.||Nous avons fait contre mauvaise fortune bon cœur car nous y avons dormi quelques heures avant de décamper de Prince Rupert direction les rocheuses.||Mais à bannir pour qui veut stationner plus de quelques heures à Prince Rupert.

Hôtel vraiment vieux, style années 50....mais propre.||Grande chambre, Tv et wifi qui fonctionne bien. Petit salle de bain propre mais vieillotte.||Parking a l'arrière de l'hôtel.||À 5 minutes du ferry....c'est le seul avantage de cette hôtel.

This place is the last good dive bar left in Rupert. Great for fighting some locals or bringing home a nice auntie at the end of the night. A must see if visiting this great little town. Cold beer nice staff but unfortunately no fry bread on the menu

This is an older hotel that badly needs upgrading and renovation. It wasn't exactly clean either. Windows were so dirty and looks like they haven't cleaned in years. Maybe because we have a dog, and we're put in a pet friend room that usually most runs down toom. This is the first time, I saw a hotel used a wooden box to support the mattress instead of a box spring. THEY PAINTED THE TOILET BOARD!!!! AND THE PAINT WAS PEELING! HAD TO DOUBLE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE NO PEELING PAINT STUCK TO My BEHIND!!
Doesn't it cost more to paint the toilet board than install a new one from Home Hardware? There's no hair dryer in our room. When asked the front desk, if we can borrow one, they only can found an empty box that once it holds the hair dryer. They have only one hair dryer for the whole hotel, and it's missing ?
On the plus side, the rate was great, and the free breakfast was awesome.
They didn't charge extra for the pet either.
Just don't eat in the hotel restaurant. It was the WORST meal we had on our 2 months long trip. Actually, the food was disgusting !

We chose this hotel out of necessity due a late arriving Inside Passage ferry and an early ferry the next day to Haida Gwaii. It is an old hotel in a poor part of town. It was difficult to find a parking spot. We had to bring in our bags as it was not safe to leave things in the car. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. Stay here for convenience only. There is a SaveOn foods store across the street fir anything you may have forgotten

Disgusting! Long black hairs in the bed. Obviously didn’t change the sheets. There was no hot water. I was looking forward to a hot shower as I was working outside in the rain all day. The toilet seat is broken. I’ll never stay here again.

The lady working the desk when we arrived was NOT friendly at all. She sat in her chair and ignored us when we walked up to the counter. When she finally decided to check us in there was no greeting, no smile, jus a grumpy lady who made us know that she didn't want to be there. The room was okay but the toilet ran after use so you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop. No hair dryer which most other hotels have in the rooms and the carpet was stained quite badly and needed replacing.
