Had to buy a pan as they didn't have one. Furniture is falling apart. Tv remote doesn't work. Unknown sticky substance on nightstand. Update. Cleaning happened maybe. Still same stuff on nightstand and other places. Menu on table is not even close to what they offer. Im just glad i'm not footing the bill. To be continued. Here for a long stay. So complained to the number given about menu and half done cleaning and pointed out exactly the things forgotten. One of 3 was taken care of. Still stuff on table and shower. On a side note they have done the dishes every time they are here and in my opinion that is above and beyond. That is definitely not expected. So ill upgrade to 2 stars. Menu still same after I informed them its wrong. Also requested boil water notices to be posted in the rooms as I've been told by town people that water system is messed and it's currently a boil water advisory. Not hotels fault but they should have notices. Continuing on. Another day another issue. Absolutely zero parking. You have to fight with the restaurant across the street. On a good note room is being cleaned daily now. Although still old stuff from previous person. Update again. Heater in bathroom does not work. I've messaged a few times. They don't seem to fix it. Sadly drying boots out in oven. On another positive note. The cleaner keeps doing my laundry and folding it. Whomever will be getting a tip. That is way above and beyond. Same garbage all over the property for 3 weeks now. Classy.

Don't bother looking for anywhere else to stay. This place is the best in town. Comfortable, modern rooms, lots of space to relax, full kitchens with all the necessities, in suite laundry, comfortable beds, super clean bathrooms. The only negative thing I could think of is that it seemed every channel I wanted to watch on TV was unavailable but that's probably just me....there's still lots of choices. The complimentary items in the fridge were much appreciated. I accidentally left my key fob in my room so I called James, who was able to unlock the doors remotely and let me back in. Overall, service was awesome. I was greeted by Megan as soon as I pulled up in my car and she showed me in and answered all my questions. Housekeeping was great as well. There are other decent places to stay in Prince Rupert but this place will give you the best bang for your buck without question.

I’m staying in a one bedroom suite for work and I love it! Would recommend for anyone staying long-term or want to cook their own food. Place comes with washer and dryer, stand up shower stall, full kitchen with dishwasher, keurig with a variety of beverage options and the fridge is stocked with local beer, many beverage options, and a light breakfast - all complimentary! Room is warm and bathroom amenities are wonderful - bath and bodyworks. I would stay here again. It’s a short walk to town, but worth it. Also quiet location.

All the amenities you need (wifi, laundry, kitchen, entertainment) in a comfortable, home-like environment. It feels much more personable than a hotel, and the host goes above and beyond to make sure you have all you need for your stay. Clean rooms, complimentary food in the fridge, and an accessible location. Would definitely stay here again.

I had to go to Prince Rupert at the last minute so randomly selected this as an available place to stay, but I was so glad I did! Everything was super clean, it had all of the amenities I wanted, complimentary food in the fridge which was extra appreciated because I came in so late, and comfortable furniture. If you're looking for a good place to stay in Prince Rupert, just stay here. You're done looking.

If you are sick of dusty hotel rooms, the Executive Suites are a breath of fresh air. Basically the same price as a hotel, but they offer all the amenities and the staff are first rate. I would recommend these accommodations to all my colleagues visiting Prince Rupert.

Awesome accomodations! The suites are always perfectly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The owner and staff go to great lengths to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend staying here for short or long term stays.

Washers, dryers and dishwashers oh my!! Better then my apartment at home. Great space, all the TV's and internets you could want. 4 min walk from the bus depot. And across from a pub. Thanks is so much for the easy check in etc.
