We had a nice stay in one of the suites here and it was wonderful to have the couch and extra sitting/ hang out area. We were here for the weekend and it didn't feel like we were squished in our room, because the suite was quite spacious for the three of us. The breakfast was standard but tasted pretty good. I would've liked to see a kids cereal option, but I like that they changed the hot food and didn't serve the same thing every morning. Good variety, small seating area.We could've used an instruction card for the TV remote, as we had no idea how to use it or get the tv guide, etc.Pool and hot tub were great, very clean hotel, and all the staff we encountered were friendly.

Came just for the pool and hot tub, The hot tub is running, but they said out of order. The slide for the pool is only turned on during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There was no mention of this on the phone when I asked about the pool and hot tub. AC in the room barely works. The bacon didn't look cooked at breakfast! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Needed to pay a 250 damage deposit upon check it. Not a pre auth on a credit card, room plus damage deposit with a promise to reverse charges after. Doent make sense if when you give them you card number online to book, again to check in. Guess that show what they think of there guests even before they check in

Avoid at All Costs - A Disgusting and the worst hotel service experience.

I cannot emphasize enough how gross my room at this hotel was. From the moment I walked into the room, I knew I had made a massive mistake booking at this hotel. The cleanliness was absolutely appalling. There were stains on every light shade—stains I’m honestly too scared to identify. The walls looked like they had been splatteres with something that resembled blood. I asked the front desk to change rooms, and she said they were at capacity and couldn't move us because all the rooms were assigned.

The room itself was incredibly dingy, with worn-out furniture, mostly broken, and clearly hadn’t been maintained in years. To add insult to injury, the room amenities were a complete joke. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, only to find two double beds, we were pretty crammed. And the TV? A supposed 45” screen turned out to be a 30”. This was a far cry from what was promised when booking.

What’s worse? The hotel seems to think glade plug-in in every corner of the hotel could mask the filth. It didn’t. It just gave the place an even more sickeningly artificial smell. If you have any sensitivity to scents do not stay here. It’s clear they’re only interested in covering up how disgusting the place truly is, not actually cleaning it.

This place is a disaster, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Save your money and sanity—stay anywhere else.

I recieved a call at 10:30 pm the night before our check in , while travelling with children to a competitive dance tournament, he notified me the pool was out of service, I asked if. I could possibly get some sort of discount since there hotel which was 220 dollars now doesn't have a pool or slide. He proceeded to tell me good luck on finding a new hotel buddy, why don't I just cancel your reservation right now. I will never go back to a quality Inn , At least the Yorkton branch.

Have stayed here in the past but gets worse each time we've stayed here... This time around the toilet wouldn't flush and was leaking, the room was filthy, the legs on the table were broken and was poorly repaired, and there was a live mouse trap in the room with poison spread on the floor.||When asked to speak with a manager over the phone the next day (was late when we got to hotel) she was not there. After leaving more than one voicemail and messages with the front desk staff for her to return my call/money she FINALLY got back to me after a week and a half. My money was refunded but the manager (Joie) did not care for the concerns that I had about our room, each time I tried to bring something up she would interrupt me by telling me "Your money will be refunded" and would NOT listen to anything I had to say.||Also, beware of the RIDICULOUS hours for the waterslide... they only turn it on on the weekends from 2pm-10pm on Friday and Saturday, 9am-1pm on Sundays and CLOSED Monday-Thursday. No exceptions (even on a long weekend).|AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would rate this hotel negative points of i could. The Staff at this hotel are horrible. We had stayed at this hotel for a hockey Tournament, Upon our check in we where informed that the hotel pool and waterslide was closed due to something that happen the night before which the pool had to be drained and cleaned, which i know is out of their control. However when a team books a hotel its usually for the waterslide and pool, needless to say the kids where disappointed. We had asked for a discounted price as we had book this hotel for the water slide and pool. The front desk told us that we are already getting the best price. This hotel isn't worth 100 a night little to the 200 we where charged for a dirty hotel with no pool or slide. ||Later on in the evening a hotel staff member Named Paul thought it would be ok to lay hands on three of our children, grabbing them and demanding them tell him what room they are in. When Paul was confronted about this behavior he denied placing hands on any of the kids, basically stating that our kids and liars and made it all up. I'm Curious how three different instances could be possibly be made up. I can understand kids can be loud , but under ZERO Circumstances should he have placed hands on a child. |DO NOT STAT HERE
