Absolutely! So efficient and knowledgeable! We had issues with a cancelled flight and a credit that had to be used. Nives and her team worked tirelessly to get a new trip booked within the perameters of our credit. In addition had great recommendations for car rental and guided us through what was necessary and unnecesary in terms of add ons and coverage. Great experience.

This is definitely NOT the same Nives Travel that we've loved for over a decade. What was once an absolutely stellar travel agency that we used a dozen times... is now reduced to a shell of its former self. When you send an email they don't acknowledge receipt or if they are even working on your request. Two more polite attempts to get an update on any progress and nothing.

By the looks of it, this seems to be a recurring issue (non-responsive customer service).

We would love to keep our business with someone we have come to trust... but with such a significant drop in customer service, we simply have to move on.

I wonder if there is new ownership...
