Drive 2.5km along a private road with deer grazing alongside it & you arrive at the most amazing accommodation. The stunning views of surrounding mountains are captured so well by the design of the impeccably clean rooms. Each room looks out over the headwaters from a private balcony & there is a communal firepit area to enjoy also. The large bathroom has a double sink, walk-in shower, generous bath & beautiful toiletries. Equally spacious is the room itself, you could easily spend a week within the space. We did not partake in the golf however the course itself looked beautiful. We did enjoy a meal at the restaurant & all the food was delicious. This gem, hidden on a hill above Invermere, is absolutely fantastic & we look forward to returning.

I recently stayed at Headwaters Lodge at Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, BC, and everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were some of the nicest I’ve ever experienced—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The peaceful setting made for a truly relaxing getaway.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. You can tell great care is taken in every detail here.

This is a standout property, and I will 100% be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-end, serene retreat in the Columbia Valley.

We stayed just one night and really enjoyed our time. The room was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Watching the sun go down in an Adirondack chair in front of the fires was a highlight, and the view at breakfast was gorgeous.

Had a wonderful stay at the end of May 2025 for a girls weekend. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The small touches like the L’occitane toiletries, Nespresso machine, bath robes, slippers and extra blankets for the fireside evenings made the stay. Service was very responsive and personable including setting up a place to watch the Stanley Cup Finals. The restaurant was superb with attentive service and many options.

Stunning property with gorgeous views of the mountaintops! With acres of beautiful greenery surrounding it. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Rooms are absolutely exquisite. A wonderful way to explore the city of Invermere. Would recommend Headwaters!

We stayed here for one night during our 1 1/2|months tour of North Western Canada. The property belongs to a golf club, however, we did not come for one of their stay & play packages. Our room was very large, well appointed and quiet with great views. Plenty of space for parking. There was a nice looking restaurant in the club house , too, but due to our schedule we didn’t dine so cannot comment on the quality of the food there.|Our bonus during the stay were magnificent Northern lights, which could be well observed from the property.

You can enjoy the nearby Fairmont Hot Springs after golfing. Services are 5 stars, especially in the restaurant.

We booked this accommodation as a replacement for Jasper, which was closed due to wildfires in August 2024.|The accommodation is on a very well organised golf course, about 300 metres from the Club House, so it is secluded and quiet.|The rooms are probably some of the best I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in five star hotels.|The furnishings, workmanship and attention to detail is 100% perfect.|The view from the veranda overlooks the Columbia River and is spectacular. It is so quiet and relaxing listening to the birdsong. |There are also some gas fired fire pits a short walk from the accommodation buildings with adequate seating and those spectacular views.|We ate in the Clubhouse restaurant one evening, you’ll need to book on arrival, as it’s popular with the Golfers.|The food was delicious and the service from the waitress was excellent.|If you need accommodation in this area, this is the place to book.
