Busses itself are clean and comfortable, but not on time and have an unclear cancellation policy. If you are travelling on a line between Edmonton and Kamloops all tickets are NOT REFUNDABLE. I went to search for trips from Blue River to Kamloops and the website forwarded me to Ebus, I checked their cancellation policy which says no refunds between Edmonton and Kamloops.
The ticket itself says your are travelling with this company, which is a partner company to Ebus, they have the same policy which you are guaranteed to overlook due to being forwarded to a different website of Ebus. Talked to a nice lady from TVC unfortunately my booking of 120 $ is considered unrefundable by management because. Also hiked up tickets from Kamloops to Vancouver from 10-79 $ last week. Greatly dissapointed.

Disregard the price Hike mentioned.
If your policy is full refunds for cancellations 24 Hours before Departure, I want a refund as I have asked for the refund 48 and 72 hours in advance of departure respectively and was told "no refunds".

I have never written a google review before and it is a shame that I cannot leave a no star review, however I have to warn anyone traveling with this company!
I have travelled with their busses before, and they are very comfortable however their customer service is non existent.
I truly hope the company that hired these people reads this review as these people are representing you and speak on your behalf.
You cannot cancel a bus last minute, especially one that only travels 2 times a week to specific destination and just leave people stranded without any compensation or apology.
I traveled from Toronto to Edmonton to catch a bus to Valmont BC. They canceled the bus on the same day I landed in Edmonton.
I reached out to the customer service department and not only were they not sympathetic with my situation but they hung up on me when I asked for any compensation.
The last agent I spoke with today was Jennifer. Jennifer along with her co workers needs some phone etiquette. I have never in my life dealt with such bad customer service reps and I have been in the customer service industry myself. I cannot believe this situation I am currently in and how a company can just wash it's hands from any responsibility.
To say this is the worst experience of my life is an understatement. Shame on you all!

The Kamloops Community Band hired a coach from Thompson Valley Charters for our road trip to Sidney on Vancouver Island. Our driver was terrific. Thanks very much. Looking forward to our next road trip!

Office staff friendly and helpful. Drivers are top notch in the handling of the vehicles and have great customer service. I tried the rest and will stick with the best.
