Il y avait un problème avec ma réservation. L'hôtel n'est pas propre et a une odeur forte de shampoing cheap. On n'avait pas passé la balayeuse dans ma chambre et une serviette salle était accrochée derrière la porte de la salle de bain. Je n'y retournerai jamais!!!!

En positif: personnel très aimable et équipements en très bon état. ||En négatif :Le petit déjeuner sur menu fermé, d'où un choix limité, je préfère les buffets car il y a plus de choix et je mange à ma faim.

Pour faire un stop entre Vancouver Island et les parcs des Rocheuses.|Chambre sans cachet mais qui fait le job.|Très petite hot tub et salle de sport.|Restaurant et terrasse avec vue.|Personnel professionnel.|Plus tôt calme même si au bord d'une avenue.

The location is fantastic. The front desk staff was amazing too. We had a roof top box and they recommended parking just in front for the better safety. The view from the window was beautiful. We booked two rooms for one night on the way to Vancouver. The reason not getting 5 stars was the cleanliness of the rooms were not up to our expectations. Wash room shower screens were a bit “smelly” In both rooms. Sorry, but had to mention that.

We recently traveled to Kamloops for a tournament, and since we brought our child, booked a studio suite that came with a king bed and a playpen. The hotel is a 3 star, and so we didn't have 5 star expectations, but it delivered on everything we hoped for. The room was huge, tons of space for us, had multiple closets, the bathroom even had separate sinks. When there was a party going on in the hallway, the staff quickly responded so our child didn't wake up. Overall, everything went great and the service was good too. The location is also fantastic, being a 5 minute walk from starbucks and a 5 minute drive from downtown one direction and 5 minute drive from stores and shops the other direction.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at Ramada Kamloops. My locked bicycle, worth around $1,500, was stolen from the hotel’s parking lot — despite being parked directly under a security camera. The bike was securely locked to a rack on my vehicle, and the lock was cut overnight.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff showed no willingness to help. They ignored us and carried on with their duties, offering no support or guidance. Even worse, the camera footage was not checked until after I reported the theft, clearly showing a lack of active monitoring or concern for guest property.
There was no warning at check-in about the parking being unsecured. And although a small disclaimer sign exists, it does not remove the hotel’s responsibility to provide a reasonably safe environment for guests.
I’ve sent several emails to the management and Wyndham corporate with no meaningful response. I expected better service, responsibility, and security from a Wyndham-branded hotel.
I cannot recommend this location, and I strongly urge other travelers to be cautious if staying here.
