Joined a seniors exercise group today. I filled out a form, a waiver. Started to warm up by walking in circles and in about five minutes, we began the workout. There’s music playing and the small group of 8 moved in unison.
The instructor was nice and friendly, encouraging everyone to actively participate.
I will be back next week!

From a spectator point of view. The area and washroom were clean and well kept. Wish they had a few more chairs in the heated section, though. It is probably ok for most, but when you have a knee problem climbing the stairs in the rink area and unable to sit anywhere in the heated area can be a problem.

The arena messed up the ice schedule and double booked so we drove all the way and then had nothing to do. Had to wait an extra hour and then because the place only has 5 dressing rooms we had to cram into one with another team.
The arena was crazy cold (-15C) and no heaters so everyone was frozen.

Nice Arena to watch in. Puck on glass in the warm viewing area is very loud. Ample parking

Nice rink. Lots of seating and standing room. Cold as' though so maybe bring a blanket

Not inside but outside with the tennis and basketball courts which were amazing smooth surface and the nets were not warp or damage.

Great arena and can also be rented for events, Buck and Does etc.
