Booked online. Got to our room, small but reasonable priced. It was hot so we put on air conditioner. Left to watch ball tourney, came back a few hours later and room was stifling hot. Staff seemed to know there was an issue yet had booked us in it. When mentioned first resolution was to give us our money back and have no room to stay in. After discussion of being displeased they phoned another motel they owned and got us booked in there. Review for that on other

It's the worst mouse infested dirty the heated pool isn't heated full of druggie and drunks ..the parking is all broken to the point you trip all over it is full of black mold in the basement and on the first floor the just cover it up not repair the problem. The sewer and water have major problems the account isn't even blowing cold

I was looking for a place in Kamloops that didn't break the bank for myself and my children as we just needed an overnight place before catching the morning train. I was impressed with this quiet, clean motel. The gentleman In the office was helpful and kind. We got a chance to jump in the outdoor pool, which was as clean and inviting as the picture shows. It was a perfect fit for our needs!

Bad things; got there almost 3pm and still had to wait 20 extra mins for our room, Walls were dirty, bed was extreemly uncomfortable definatly sore in the morning, shower did not stay steady temp was constantly changing temp on its own, ac did not work very well, towels looked a bit ruffled not fresh
Good things; cheap price, moderatly quiet, didnt need a deposit, decent parking lots of room,

DO NOT GO HERE! disgusting place. It wasn't clean at all, dirty cups like hair in them plus bathroom had a band aid wrapper on floor. Seems like bed bugs were here cause baseboards were ripped off. And rank ppl walking around in parking lot, just didnt feel safe at all!!! Also there was rat poop in the corner. And the window didn't lock!

I am warning others with children DO NOT COME HERE, yes the rooms are cheap....our beds were dirty, we had blood and hair on the sheets. Shower wasnt cleaned and no clean towels. As well as so many people live there and partying all night and make the experience uncomfortable with us with children. Warning!!

I wish I could give a zero star. Reservation got canceled upon coming here although we had proof nothing was canceled. We were demoted to a smaller room and staff was so completely and utterly rude. I've spent all week road tripping through bc and ab and this is by far the worst experience of the trip, if not of all time. Do not come here, sleeping in your car is better tbh

Bathroom was not cleaned before check in... Gets you wondering what else wasn't. Window was left open by cleaning staff allowing flies to enter and putting our belongings at risk. Shower curtain disgusting and sheets are stained (don't even want to know :/). Can't give it a zero or I would.
