Réservation chambres doubles vu su parc , on a eu une chambre vu sur voix rapide impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre tellement c'était bruyant et je vous parle pas de la vue. Piscine lugubre, ensemble vieillot. La vue sur parc est mensongère car le parc n'est pas en face de l'hôtel.

Nous avions réservé avec Hot Wire et nous avons su le nom de l’hotel Après avoir payé . Nous avions des doutes sur la qualité de cet hôtel. À notre arrivée nous avons été très déçus . Chambre très sombre, fenêtre et balcon donnant sur un fond de cour, rue très bruyante , chambre sale, porte de salle de bain vraiment degueulasse. Nous avons téléphoné à Hot Wire et ils ont décidé de nous rembourser. Nous avons dû nous mêmes trouver un nouvel hôtel.

Great busy location, noise is to be expected. Great bar and restaurant, but that’s about it. The bedrooms need an overhaul! Bathrooms dated with dirty mouldy shower tiles! I took pictures yo show reception, they queried I had taken them in their hotel! I said I walked all the way downtown to a homeless shelter and took pictures there then walked back! Of course they are pictures from my room# 317 and invited them to come view it!

I have a a love hate with this place, as we often stay. Love the location, rooms always seem well cleaned and comfy beds. However the road noise is always pretty bad while trying to enjoy the patio. And this visit it was a little cooler than it usually is when we visit and the pool temperature is just stupid. My kids wouldn’t even get in, there was no one else there anytime we walked by. It’s so cold, like why not make it enjoyable so we can spend an hour or two down there enjoying the pool unseated of saying NOPE and leaving. Hot tub was out or order so we just left. MAKE IT WARMER. Why would an indoor pool be so cold you get goosebumps the second you get in. Felt same temp as lake but with no sun to help warm you up. One star for pool.

After reading the previous reviews, I was hesitant on staying here but I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in room 332 and the noise was not a problem, the beds were super comfy, and the room was clean. Room was a tad small for 4 people but doable. Our balcony did face the shelter but we never saw any transient issues that you don’t see in any other city (they were there but kept to themselves). We really only used the balcony to dry our bathing suits anyways. Restaurant had good food and the location was fantastic. Parking is a regular covered parkade - of course bigger trucks may have to maneuver a bit but they would in any parkade.

In Kelowna for a girls trip and decided to stay here because of the location. It was overall an okay stay. Some parts of the room were quite unkempt, and the view we had from our room showcased people on the street engaging in various types of recreational activities. The location was convenient, but keep in mind that the parking requires your vehicle to be under a certain height. The pool and hot tub were open and a pleasure to have. Expect to call for fresh towels, as apparently there is no service on the days of your stay. We also tried out the restaurant in the hotel and had some good food! Would stay here again, keeping in mind the pros and cons of being on the water in downtown Kelowna!

The staff at the reception was very unprofessional and rude. They kept saying the check in time at 4pm and although the room was ready didn't give me the keys until I asked for it at 4pm. So, don't go there before 4pm as most likely they won't check you in. They kept the suitcase and didn't give me any tag. The room is very noisy especially the constant cars passing by on the busy hwy 97. The AC is right on top of the bed which is very annoying at times either you are freezing or too hot when turned off. The washroom layout is very bad with the vanity outside. Also, once the washroom door is open, you are literally squeezing yourself inside. There is hardly any space inside.
