****Soyez vigilants car deux jours après mon départ ils m’ont chargé une bouteille de vin du minibar (la seule chose qui y est disponible) à 46$ alors que je ne l’avais pas consommée.****

Bel hôtel neuf et propre situé à environ 6 minutes du centre-ville.
Plusieurs restos et commerces dans le coin.

Chambre 531 (avec divan lit) assez spacieuse pour deux adultes un enfant

Literie TRÈS confortable

Petit déjeuner compris gratuitement avec assez de variétés (nous étions là 4 jours).
Belle grande piscine et jacuzzi.

Plusieurs espaces communs

Pas de recyclage dans la chambre. Tasses à café jetables au petit déjeuner.
Le stationnement est 12$ la nuit. Aucune mention sur leur site web à cet effet et je trouve ça un peu cher compte tenu du fait que nous ne sommes pas au centre-ville (incluez le dans le prix!)

Stayed two nights while I explored the nearby area. Breakfast was great, loved the fresh fruit and the pancakes they had. Parking + breakfast were free since I booked with points. Room was good, enough space for everything and was clean. AC was a little loud though so I ended up turning it off during the night without any issues.

Everything has been great. We had a lot of fun during our stay. Everyone from the reception to restaurant and our floor services was super friendly and has positive attitude. No one would pass by without saying hi and wish a good day.

I would like to thank Merve at the reception in particular. She made the experience very memorable with her kind attitude and smile.

The breakfast was top match everything that you would need for your day to start in a positive mood. I really liked that the servers Has introduced themselves and check in with us for the food and to refresh our coffee.

One of the better Hyatt places with decent quality across the full range of service. They do charge $10-12 for breakfast unless you have status, which is unusual for a Hyatt place. The breakfast is better than average. The properly is well kept and the rooms are comfortable with modern furnishing, water pressure is decent. The common areas are Hyatt place standard, with a good Placery (basic restaurant) and well stocked store for basics. There is guest laundry with 2 washer and 2 dryers, it accepts 3 loonies and the front desk may not have change so do bring them (or walk to the TD bank nearby).

I guess $423 per night doesn’t get you much anymore. Not even a bathtub! I was so disappointed!

The entrance lounge was nice though.

3 towels. I understand about conserving etc., but there should be two towels per person right?

The shower head had holes that directed much of the water away from my head. The shower floor had a lip on it that I tripped on once and slipped on. I was not expecting steps on a shower floor. I was trying to rinse my hair, (terrible shower head), and slipped.
There was one very nice man at the front desk who seemed genuinely interested in our comfort but the rest of the desk staff seemed disinterested. There was a great bartender who took very good care of my husband and I, keeping the drinks flowing without delay.
The landscaping/front entrance needed a lot of work.
In general, the hotel seemed cheap and lacked character.
I wish so much that we had spent our hard earned dollars at a nicer hotel.

We stayed here on our way from Vancouver to Calgary. Coming from the US, we were impressed by the cool metal design of the water bottles. The reception staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was especially amazing. We are Hyatt Explorer members and have stayed at Hyatt hotels for nearly 50 nights, but this was the first time we've seen a salad with the free breakfast at a Hyatt in North America, the first time they made coffee and tea for us, and the first time they came to our table to ask if the breakfast was good.

The young woman and tall man at the breakfast restaurant were very accommodating. When I checked out, I was surprised and asked, "Is breakfast free?" Of course, breakfast was free. Many Hyatt Places have a casual atmosphere, but this Hyatt Place has a nice space where you can feel a little more luxurious.

The hotel was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Breakfast was available and offered a great variety of food. The newly renovated, clean washrooms were a big plus. This is my second day here, and I would definitely choose to stay at Hyatt Place in Kelowna every time I visit. I’ve stayed here twice now and have been fully satisfied each time—more than happy with the service!”
