J’ai adoré la suite avec la chambre séparée. Il y a un climatiseur dans le chambre, et un autre où le salon. Parfait! Le personnel de l’hôtel est très courtois et à l’écoute de nos besoins. J’ai couché 2 nuits et j’aurais pu passer la semaine étant donné que c’était très confortable. L’hôtel est situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants et de commerces au alentour. Je vous le recommande.

C'est un grand motel situé à 15 mn à pied du centre ville de Kelowna (demander à l'accueil quel itinéraire prendre pour le rejoindre par des rues mignonnes - ne longez surtout pas la highway !), avec des vraies chambres de motel, une bonne literie mais des oreillers beaucoup trop gros à mon goût et globalement tout l'équipement nécessaire (coffre fort, bouilloire...). Il y a un grand parking et une micro piscine ...sur le parking. Pas de charme donc mais c'est ultra propre et confortable.

Nous sommes restés une nuit dans cet hotel style motel tout a fait correct pour une halte à Kelowna. La chambre est spacieuse, l'accueil est sympathique et les commerces sont proches. Vu le prix on ne peut pas demander plus.

Toutes les chambres de motels et d'hôtels se ressemblent, mais chez Accent Inn, il y a pleins de petits détails et d'attentions qui donnent le sourire et qui font la différence. Dès le départ pour le Check In, nous avons été très bien accueillis puis en aménageant dans notre chambre, nous avons trouvés des traits d'humour pour l’utilisation de l'ascenseur, du bloc-notes dans la chambre ...||Nous vous conseillons cette chaîne de motels présente uniquement en Bristish Colombia.

Un motel qui ne paye pas de mine mais qui a tout ce qu'il faut.|Chambre comfortable. Légèrenent bruyante.|Parking gratuit.|Petit-déjeuner compris, mais vraiment léger.|Au bord d'une grosse route.|A coté il y a un resto pas trop mal et un café. A 5 minutes a pied un autre resto sympa. Sinon il faut prendre la voiture.|

If you’re thinking of staying at Accent Inn and expecting a decent breakfast experience, think again, because it was one of the biggest letdowns I’ve ever had on a trip. We came all the way from Vancouver, paying good money to stay here, thinking we’d get at least a half-decent start to our morning with the breakfast vouchers they proudly hand out. Well, those vouchers are basically worthless because the breakfast they’re connected with is absolute garbage. We got seated at Rickie’s (which they partner with) at 8:50 AM, and from that moment on it was a painful exercise in patience and regret. We were ignored for ages, nobody brought us menus for the longest time, the staff acted busy but barely lifted a finger, and when we finally ordered simple pancakes, it took them 40 minutes—forty!—to bring them out. And when they finally arrived, they forgot the utensils, then they forgot the syrup, so we sat there staring at cold pancakes. And the worst part? They were disgusting—salty, rubbery, bland, and probably the worst pancakes I’ve ever tasted in my life. It was honestly insulting. If you’re going to charge guests good money to stay here and then offer them breakfast like this, don’t bother pretending it’s an amenity because it’s really just a disappointment waiting to happen. We traveled all this way, spent our hard-earned money expecting a comfortable stay with a decent meal, and instead we got one of the worst starts to a morning we could’ve imagined. Accent Inn, if you care about your guests, you seriously need to rethink who you partner with for breakfast because this was pathetic.

This is my 3 rd time at this location. This is the first time there was an issue at check in. The place seems to have all new people and not a one knows what’s going on. I first tried to call before we arrived no answer ever on phone by a person until I had called the place maybe 5 times within a half hour period. The front desk was manned by maybe 8 people all standing around and not a one seemed to know what was going on. I felt like I should ask if they wanted me to take over the training. After a frustrating 10 mins or so after correcting their mistakes we got our room cards. The only shining star of this property is Anita who is in maintenance. Wonderful staff member who was polite and a big bonus to this establishment. That woman deserves a raise for all she does. Her personality and friendliness was the only saving grace that may make me come here again. The rooms are clean. The property itself zero complaints. Just have competent people as your first impressions at front desk.
