We went with our two sons who had never been in a helicopter before - they both absolutely loved it, we all did. Our pilot was super friendly and took us on an amazing journey over to Rattle Snake island through the canons of Okanagan Mountain. We saw up-close beautiful terrain, loads of eagles, goats and gorgeous shorelines. We even got to fly over our house! It was a special memorable trip for the whole family. Amazing! I surprised my husband with Helicopter ride with Ikon Adventures for our first anniversary. I was so much fun! and so incredibly beautiful. (and fairly priced!!) The pilot was great - we felt safe and relaxed. He took us to Okanagan Mountain Park, where we had champagne and took in the view. The photographer (Brandon Boot) was amazing too! Ikon arranged the photographer for us, and the pictures are amazing. I will definitely recommend Ikon Adventures to all my friends 🙂 Thank-you!!

Absolutely Amazing! Our pilot Ricky was very calm and professional, making my wife and I feel very at ease for our first helicopter ride ever. We opted for a mountain top landing as well and had them choose the landing spot. It was breath taking! We also went for the photographer option and Alex was very friendly and accommodating, making sure we got every shot we wanted. I will Highly recommend Ikon Adventures to anyone, and also recommend going with the doors off option!

Ricky our pilot was incredibly professional and personable – tailoring the flight to suit our adventurous taste; touching down on a remote mountain top to view the Okanagan sunset with an exclusive vantage. Ricky was a great pilot who knew the area and gave us some fantastic views around Okanagan Lake. Book the trip as part of my Wife's birthday weekend and expectations were met x2. As a suggestion when booking with Ikon Adventures, ask where to meet up (and don't depend on Google😀). Thanks Ricky and we'll certainly book again the next time we are in the area.

DO NOT BOOK IKON!!!! DO NOT BOOK IKON!!!!

Not even worthy of the 1 star. Dysfunctional company that does not know how to contact their customers to cancel their booking. Supposedly they sent me an email cancelling my booking on August 16th. I never received any kind of email from them other than my confirmation email. I have looked everywhere and it simply was never received on my end. In this cancellation email that I never received asked if I would like a refund or book to a later date. I couldn't respond to wanting a refund because I never got this email. Now I'm sitting here on my boyfriend's birthday with our entire day ruined because they couldn't simply call me or make sure I received their email due to not responding to the cancellation email. I am NOW told it will be 10+ business days before I get my $735 back. They failed to take the initiative to make sure it was properly communicated to me that my booking was cancelled and refund me my money. Instead they sat there with my money in their hands until I called 30 mins before to double check the address we should be driving too. Didn't go on a helicopter, ruined my boyfriend's birthday said I was refunded when I wasn't, and now waiting TWO WEEKS to get my money back. For the sake of your sanity spend your money elsewhere.
