We had such an incredible experience with Kelowna Boat Charters! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and fun. Captain Hayden was absolutely fantastic… super friendly, relaxed, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time.

The highlight for me? Hayden got me up wake surfing for the first time! I never thought I’d be able to do it, but with his coaching and encouragement, I did and it was a blast!

Thinking of renting a boat in the Kelowna area? Even if you’re not, you should; from this place!

Johnny met us on the docks right on time with a fabulous 22 foot Bennington pontoon boat. Johnny walked us through a thorough operational briefing, including pointing out all necessary safety items and procedures, and even identifying some spots on the boat that had “evidence of use“. He even shared a ton of local knowledge about where to go, how to get there, places to avoid and much more to ensure we had a great day on the water.

The boat performed flawlessly, the Bluetooth stereo system worked great, we thoroughly enjoyed our day in the sun!

Upon our return, we made a quick phone call and within minutes Max was at the dock to pick up the boat. Do you think you can back a trailer down a boat ramp and haul a boat out? You should see this guy!

This will be a repeat occurrence every time we are in Kelowna in the summer, and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone but Kelowna Boat Charters. Five stars all the way!

From the moment we arrived, Max was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answered all our questions, and ensured we were comfortable before heading out on the water. The only thing I don't understand, is the fuel price with $2.59 rate, that seems extremely high. So if you looking to improve the service, please consider. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Richard was the best guide!!! Came with a bachelorette group and he was super welcoming. The wind and waves really picked up for the stormiest day ever seen on the Lake, but he got us back sound and sound and kept his cool! Also the vibes were just super fun the whole time.

Ran into Max at the boat launch while out walking my dog. Told him we had family coming to visit and we wanted to try some wake surfing. He was super friendly and set us up with the Heyday 22. Boat was as promised and ready to go on time. Max gave us a thorough briefing which included some surfing tips and advice which resulted in a fantastic time on the water. Highly recommend these guys....super friendly, great price and very professional. Will definitely be back.
