The smell of the cats and that stink. Way to much of what ever you.are spraying in the vehicles. Specially when it is perfuming stuff. People have allergies to that and I was almost put in the hospital when helping a friend to the car. You guys are going to put someone in the hospital with the over powering smell

This has to be one of the most unprofessional cab companies I have seen. Myself and coworkers have been left waiting for up to an hour and when we call back to get updates it's always 10 more minutes. Our last and final experience was when they multiple drivers surrounded and threatened a local member of the band for giving people rides for cash. It's not the first time this has happened as they frequently harass people on site for giving coworkers rides or shuttling them to events. A group went into town and the cab driver was bragging that there is no uber because when it started they slashed the tires of the local drivers.

Traveled to many places across B.C., Canada and the World for that matter . Hands down and very easily worst service ever. Cash only and they penalize the customer, for stopping at an ATM to pay them . Every for almost all taxi services in B.C. take all forms of payment. Driver challenging and unprofessional, if you can avoid this company at all costs.

Jo picked us up at 2 am in the middle of a huge snow storm and drove 50 km/hr all the way to Terrace to make sure we made out flight safe and sound.
