Chambre en sous sol avec vue sur parking et barrière, pas de petit déjeuner car le restaurant est fermé...a la place juste 1 pomme et 1 burger....
Des ventilations qui laissent passer l'odeur de tabac
Tout ça pour 150 CAD, c'est se ficher du monde et s'engraisser sur le dos du tourisme.

Comme endroit où coucher, on peut difficilement faire pire. Ce motel d'une autre époque n'a tout simplement pas suivi. Tout est vieux et cheap, incluant des poignées en plastiques. La propreté est très ordinaire et le service lent lorsqu'existant. Vivement des hôtels neufs (en construction, soit dit en passant)

First room had some minor issues, a new room was quickly provided. Rooms were clean. Location is convenient and walkable for everything in downtown Kitimat. The breakfast was decent and service was prompt. The soundproofing between the rooms is not adequate. The other guests were not overly loud but could still be heard easily through the walls. It was a minor issue, but could be a big issue if there are loud guests. Overall decent value for the money.

We found this place through Air BNB while looking last minute for pet friendly hotels. Our main floor room had parking right in front of our door and a nice view of the mountains and the little park across the parking lot. The room had a menu for the restaurant. Overall it was adequate for our needs and the front office staff, Elizabeth was kind enough to do some shuffling for us so that we could stay another night. The day we got here was super hot but the room was equipped with a portable air conditioner so the temperature in the room was comfortable. Definitely would book here again if we were coming through Kitimat.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Chalet Inn. The rooms were clean and tidy and the bed amazingly comfortable.
The housekeeping staff were very attentive and Nina was fabulous at making sure I had everything I needed, attending to requests as soon as they were asked.
Definitely the best food in town is served at their very friendly restaurant. We tried a few places but the restaurant quality and choices out shined many restaurants that I have travelled to. All of the staff are very attentive and we’re so very consistent from morning to evening.
I would definitely recommend.

Ebony at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Quiet rooms and conveniently located to amenities.
