Superbe petit hôtel avec vue imprenable sur l’écluse numéro 7 du canal Welland! Parfait pour les amateurs de navires. Prix raisonnable et chambre en bon état avec style funky.

Le seul hick, les matelas des lits sont un peu trop ferme pour un soleil confortable.

l'architecture de cet hôtel a déjà été super moderne mais est maintenant dépassé. Néanmoins, la chambre était grande, confortable et donnait directement sur l'écluse no. 7. Les bateaux qui transitaient par cette écluse étaient quasiment "dans" notre chambre. Impressionnant!||Le gérant était gentil et très serviable.||L'hôtel dispose d'un rangement sécurisé pour les vélos.||Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner et les restaurants aux alentours sont peu nombreux. Il est suggéré d'acheter sa nourriture au 7/11 tout près.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel situé à moins d'une 1/2 heure des chutes du Niagara et dont toutes les chambres donnent sur le canal.||De votre chambre, vous pourrez voir défiler les bateaux qui franchissent l'écluse n°7 situé juste en contrebas de l'hôtel..||Les chambres sont assez "old fashioned" et sentent le renfermé mais sont très propres. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec petit salon de jardin. Dans la chambre : TV couleur + frigo + 2 lits doubles + salle de bain. ||Excellent muffins au petit déjeuner, les meilleurs que j'ai mangé lors de mon voyage au Canada je crois bien...||Bon rapport qualité/prix mais pas plus d'une nuit.|

Étions de passage pour une nuit. Chambre correcte. Confort correct. Endroit très propre. Bon déjeuner. Très tranquille. Vue sur l'écluse qui est intéressante. Piste cyclable à deux pas. Personnel très gentil.

visit: May 1 – 4, 2025||We looked for a quick getaway and decided to spend time exploring the area around the Welland Canal. We discovered that this hotel is not only located along the Welland Canal, but also that every room faces Lock 7. You can sit on your balcony and watch the ships go up and down the canal, as they rise and fall in the lock.||The motel is very well appointed. It is not glamorous or fancy, but it is spotless and comfortable.|The rooms are spacious and clean. There are no odours or problems with the room.|The beds – at first, we were worried that the bounciness of the beds would lead to an inadequate night’s sleep – but instead, they were very comfortable and soft.||The front desk host and room cleaner were charming and friendly – we had great conversations.||Guest check-in was simple -and a little old-school charming. Registration cards, sign-in guest book, and big room key chains.||The hotel is situated overlooking the canal and is conveniently located near the Welland Canal bike and walking trails. This makes it a very popular and great location for outdoor enthusiasts.||The bathroom was spotless and free of issues. Towels are small, but they are happy to provide you with more.|The room features a coffee maker and a fridge.||Overall, this was a lovely place to stay.|I recommend it to anyone seeking a lovely, scenic stay.

What a great little hotel! Not fancy but not a fancy hotel price either. Nice basic room. Clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching all the ships come by. We found an app to tell us what ships we were seeing and the details about them. We arrived late but really enjoyed a relaxing morning on the patio.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Lock 7! The views are absolutely fantastic — it’s so much fun to sit back and watch the boats go by in the canal. The room was very clean, the rates were very reasonable, and the location is central to everything in the Niagara Region. A great spot for a relaxing and unique stay!

Spacious, clean rooms overlooking Lock 7. Amazing opportunity to watch huge ships, longer than football fields, maneuver through. Nice front desk staff/owners. We really enjoyed our stay.
