Border Giant makes importing a breeze! It’s such a time-saver and I’ve never had any issues. Exporting parcels is just as impressive.
I've saved hundreds of dollars by shipping through Border Giant instead of Canada Post. In many cases, Canada Post’s quotes to the U.S. were nearly double the cost and would twice as long to arrive. Highly recommend their service!

I had a box of childrens' fever medication coming to the border around the same time as Border Giant was making their pickup run. The owner was understanding of the sense of urgency due to ill children and was very communicative to ensure that my delivery made it into his truck and followed up with me to let me know he had got it. The service was above and beyond and I felt he empathized with our needs (2 kids with bad fevers, no meds available). I used his service once before and it was also flawless. I will 100% use these guys in the future... I drive a truck so it doesn't make sense for me dollar-wise or time-wise to do my own Ryden's runs anymore.

My packages have been stuck at Ryden’s since the border closed in March. It was such a relief to have this company open up so I could get those packages. It’s a new company and they were very open up front about needing to work our kinks in their online form. Within a couple days of filling out the online form I received the contract to sign to authorise them to pickup my packages. It took a couple weeks (again they were up front about the back log in packages) and I got an invoice for the package fees and tax on my parcels. I still need to get around to picking up my packages from their warehouse.

I felt the $15 per package fee was extremely reasonable when I consider the time it would have taken me to drive to the border myself to pickup, even more reasonable given that I wouldn’t be able to cross the border right now anyways.

Would recommend this service but be prepared to wait with the backlog.

Needed to get my Turtles from Thunder Bay to Orlando. I wasn't allowed to drive across the border and airlines won't allow Turtles on the plane. Bizarre policy because they do allow cats and dogs which many people are allergic to and which can also scratch and bite. Who is allergic to Turtles?

Anyhow when discussing this by phone with a US customs agent he let me know about Border Giant. I gave them a shout. They said no problem. We arranged a date and time. I drove up from Orlando to Rydens and the Turtles are now in Orlando!

Border Giant took care of everything and did it for free. I could not be more pleased with their service! Thank you to everyone there.
