I brought my boat to this dealer for a starting issue. The problem was one disconnected wire. They told me that the neutral switch was also not working and that I had broken it, therefore they needed to replace the whole control module. The neutral switch does have a broken piece of plastic, I had tested before bring it to dealer, and it still works now. It was removed at dealer and when I showed them how I could not have damaged it the response was “why didn’t you fix it yourself then?” I think replacing the whole $600 control box without attempting to repair the poor connection and without contacting the client is not good business. Pics of disconnected wire and neutral switch working are attached.

D’Arcy was fantastic to work with. They were upfront about everything, got the ATV ready quickly and had everything ready for me upon arrival. The atmosphere was welcoming, tons of options and accessories and even the service guy was great. Was recommended to them after trying out an Ottawa dealership, night and day difference. Great service despite waiting about one month for a bogy wheel to come in. Picked up my 2022 Mach Z today. It was in for the required oil changes and maintenance including replacing a bogy wheel. There was a small discount because of the long wait. Best yet was the guy that brought out my sled noticed that skidoo trailer cable on one side was broke and hanging down. He took it upon himself to fix the cable. I really appreciated this act of kindness as I am not mechanical at all and would have needed to take the trailer in somewhere for this repair. Another employee loaded and strapped down my sled which was also appreciated. Great service & great employees. I highly recommend Perth Powersports.
