My daughter and I love it at the pool. It is easy to sign up for classes, so many options and a great price. Very clean and very nice staff. Have done a few classes now with my daughter as I like it so much. The water temp is on the cooler side, perfect for active kids, maybe a touch cool if wanting to take an infant, though I had no problem with mine for the duration of the class. Will definitely continue to do classes with my little one

Went here for a ponyclub event where the girls had to swim. Took awhile getting in as everyone over 12 had to show vaccine proof and give names and numbers. The girls and boys had fun though.

Extremely cold. My 4yo got in and immediately got back out. Also the showers won't stay on, they turn off every 5 seconds.

The swimming instructors at this pool really need work on how they teach kids how to swim or use proper strokes as they call it. They give no time to improve a students ability to swim better or even indicate what areas that a student needs assistance in. Bottom line, I will never send my child there again due to their incompetence.

With regards to the response from the owner, everything you mentioned was not done. My child's instructor did not communicate with us nor provided additional guidance nor a chance to improve on the last day of the lesson. Instead of assistance they just did races and results were decided before the course even finished. Not only that the instructors were more interested in their phones and socializing with eachother then the progress of any student....very unprofessional.

We don't live in Perth so rarely go here for public swimming. However, my kids have taken lessons here several times and I am very happy with the quality of instruction. The courses are offered at several times, making it easy to find something that fits my schedule. One of my favorite offerings is that during the summer, you can take a lesson every weekday and get a level finished in two weeks. I find it really helps my kids to build on what they are learning when they swim every day.
