I expected a delivery today. 7 large, heavy packages. When I was advised by Ansley Transport that the delivery required a signature, I advised that I would be home all day. The delivery was to occur between 9 and 2. At 2 pm I walked outside to find the packages had arrived and left on a pallet in the driveway. The packaging on three items were damaged and possibly the contents compromised. I was home. There was no attempt to ring my doorbell or call me at the number in the order. And to finish it all off, I had to get help to bring it around to the door where the items needed to enter the house… which was accessible fir the truck to back right up to the door. So disappointing. I did receive a call back stating that this was not their policy, that the driver had been reprimanded and that they apologized for this incident.

Great delivery! They delivered a riding mower to my remote property without me there. Opened the gate, completed the delivery, and closed it behind them. Just what I wanted, absolutely no complaints.

Worst customer service ever. Their driver backed into our home the Friday of thanksgiving weekend. The driver started swearing as soon as he got out of the truck and never once even apologized. They have yet to fix it, and then decided they wanted to go through insurance. At which point they said it was on us to contact insurance on their behalf. We are at 13 weeks, our laneway freezes right at the garage door because that’s where it’s leaking and they have no care in the world. I wouldn’t recommend them to any one and they shouldn’t even be in business.

Had a bad experience on the road twice with one of their trucks with the driver passing, speeding,and tailgating. Had contacted customer service just to report the driver, and had a terrible experience with their service. Didn't contact me back in over a week until I emailed them again, and was basically told by the owner that they trust their driver, and he told them that I was in the wrong, making up a lie about the incident. (even though I never told them what car I was driving, how did the trucker know?) Just generally a really bad customer service experience. Clearly they trust the word of their drivers more and have no problems telling others they are wrong.

Had what seems to be an ongoing issue with one of the drivers from this company today. While driving driving with my 3 kids in my van today in a 60 zone, one of the drivers came flying up behind me out of no where. He was driving so fast that I actually had to tell me kids to brace themselves as I thought for sure we were about to be rear ended. The driver proceeded to ride my bumper, and then passing me while screaming out the window and giving me the finger for all my kids to see as well. I have never before left a bad review or complaint with a company before, but this was completely unacceptable. It was also very unsettling that when I called to speak to the owner about this issue, her first response was "I know which driver you're talking about, and it's not the first time". She did apologize, thankfully, but still completely unacceptable.

APT delivered a 1300lb cedar shed kit for me. The driver Paul was great. The delivery was to a cottage with a narrow road and driveway. Paul knew exactly what he was doing and was able to deliver and unload the shed without issue.

I have had several bad experiences with APT. Recently we received damaged goods, I called and spoke to Denise (owner). She blew me off and couldn't care less. Kept saying that they were just a subcontractor and she wouldn't lift a finger to help even though they were the company that delivered the product to my door. Worst customer service ever and not a nice human being.

On another occasion a skid was delivered to us with 5 individual boxes on it. One of the boxes had a hole in it from a forklift which broke the contents so the shipment was refused. Our rep went to APT to confirm the damage and write off the product only to be shown a skid that had been re wrapped with plastic wrap and the boxes re-positioned to hide the damage. The rep cut the plastic wrap and inspected each item and found the box with the damage. They deliberately tried to hide it.....What kind of business would do something like this?

Just wanted to thank APT for their professionalism and excellent service! I've been a customer for some years now and always found their service to be excellent. Drivers are always friendly and courteous. Wanted to put this out there because APT has continued their excellent service during this very difficult time. A Great Big Thank You.
