My daughter had planned the prom bus situation for her and 21 other kids. This was months ago, she made sure she requested a specific bus in order to accommodate everyone. Prom was this past weekend and when the bus showed up and she got on, she quickly got on and got off to tell me it was the wrong bus sent. When I stepped on, I saw it was the wrong bus. Very crowded with tables and separate seating. We were supposed to have an open concept and wrap around seating. I told her to just make the best of it and we all headed down to take pictures. When we left the bridge, they had to go back to the home they were picked up to grab someone's tickets. The bus then wouldn't start.
My daughter called me and she was so upset. Everyone was going to her to fix it. The driver wasn't sure what was wrong. I tried reaching out via phone call to the company, it goes straight to voice-mail and you're told to email. So I did. I get a call back about 15 mins later and he said "do you know what's wrong with the bus" how would I know? He tells me he will figure it out and call me back. He never did. I had to ask my daughter what was going on. They then sent two different busses, so the kids all had to be separated which ruins the whole idea of them all being together. Then what's even worse, they missed 40 mins of their 2 hour prom.
They did send a partial refund in which the kids got back just under half of what they paid.
I'm not really happy with their service or how this whole situation was handled to be honest.

Very disappointed with the service, originally was sent the wrong bus. The one that was sent ended up breaking down before transporting my child to their prom, which they were late for… the solution they came up with was to separate the children and send two separate buses. In the end a small refund was given but the children still spent way more for a crappy experience during their prom!

My driver Carlos, awesome driver very pleasant man he helped make the drive very enjoyable ,we had a great chat on the way to the airport,I hope Carlos is there to pick me up next time

Limo was clean, did not disappoint.
Drivers name was Lisa, professional and polite. She drove us around in the snow and ice, did not complain about the weather. She held the door for us, made everyone feel like a big shot.
