C'était super bien. Les chambres sont propres. Le service est parfait. La seule chose est la thermopompe. Très bruyante et ne garde pas la température que l'on lui demande tout la nuit. Je la met à 22 et après 2hrs elle revient à 24 et en plus elle chauffe jusqu'à 24...

Demeuré une nuit en attendant un autre vol. Service courtois au delà de ce que je m'attendais. WiFi gratuit aux chambres et le signal est fort! Accès au "Business Center" gratuit avec imprimante sans frais. Déjeuner dans le salon principal : très confortable. Hôtel en général propre et bien entretenu. Chambre propre : même les duvets sont lavés entre chaque clients se plaisent-ils à dire (ce n'est pas le cas partout). Très heureux de mon séjour.

3 nuits et on a bien aimé moi et les 2 enfants. Piscine, déjeuner, coin dépanneur et thé, café gratuit! ( je sais c'est inclus dans mon prix !) Le personnel gentil et rigolo. Voilà, je le recommande.

Bien situé tout près du West Edmonton Mall, on retrouve plusieurs restaurants tout près. Très tranquille, lit confortable, piscine intérieure. La chambre était très propre. La préposée à l'accueil a été très gentille avec nous, s'informant discrètement de notre programme et nous donnant des conseils.||||Le déjeûner inclus était comme d'habitude très bon et copieux. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

just stayed a night here and the room we got was wonderful! clean and very spacious as well! checked in was smooth and easy and was greeted so warmly by lily!! she was the absolute sweetest and made the stay even greater. it was my birthday and she upgraded our room for free! would definitely stay here again!

As someone with a toddler, I have become a lot pickier about hotels and motels (noise levels, if they the curtains get it dark, if they have amenities available, such as cribs or breakfast), and I gotta say, we are very happy staying here.

Now on our visits to Edmonton, and it’s always clean, the pool and gym are excellent, the rooms are clean, the curtains and noise levels are great, and while they have sleeping units for smaller babies, they made it easy to rent a crib from a nearby service, but most of all, the staff is absolutely 10/10 top tier. Everyone is smiling and ready with a friendly word, very professional, helpful, and appears genuinely happy in their work. The quality and subjective experience of a staff team speaks volumes of a place- we will be back again.

I booked this hotel to have a nice girls trip with my 3 daughters and I was more then impressed! The customer service was beyond amazing, the room was super clean, the beds were very comfy, minus the pull out bed.. it wasn't very comfy, but the complimentary breakfast was great! Many options to choose from. We also loved that the TV offered netflix & other options for a nice movie night in the room. The pool was really nice and clean as well. We will definitely be staying here again!
