Highly recommended, esp if you are flying to China. Merry is the owner and sole travel agent here. She was super experienced and knowledgeable. She also reminds me of my mom, sweet and gentle natured yet very practical minded and helpful. We followed her advice and it paid off. Got our visas to China and flights booked. She will even help arrange the covid tests required, including downloading the app on your phones.

If you are not native Chinese and planning on getting to China, you really need someone like Merry to walk you through the process, from applying for visas, to booking flights and COVID tests. There is no way you can easily do this on your own. She checks the COVID situation and flights daily, and knows exactly how many positive COVID cases each flight had and when and how long that flight will be closed for because of COVID. We are confident because of Merry's help that we have booked the best possible flight that will be at least risk of being cancelled because of positive cases.

She speaks English, as well as Mandarin and Cantonese.

Just behind the Richmond Public Market, so you can park in the garage there.
