Bought many tickets to Europe with this agency and always had the best experience with them. I had my very first issue this year because of the travel restrictions caused by the pandemic and I received a full refund contrary to everyone else I talked to who bought their tickets somewhere else and only got a voucher. That's the difference if you buy with a reputable agency like this one. Thank you Zelma!

Not the best time for travel, but when needed on a short notice and for demanding business, Victor/Vucidar went an extra mile. Got the things done in one hour, organized the whole trip and saved us good money. I will use the Metro Travel for all my current business and, once we return to normal, also private trips... BTW, great looking new office and awesome in-person hospitality... 😀

I just called and the lady on the phone her name is Zelma I believe and she was extremely rude, short, aggressive and childish. I was so kind to ask for an inquiry and she said”we don’t do that bye” and hung up on me. I called back and she says oh sorry, bye bye. I asked for a managers name due to her rude behaviour several times and she said” I am the only person so yea.” And she hung up. Absolutely unprofessional and hornbill experience!

I was recommended to book my flights with Vucidar through a trusted friend. I got excited as I thought this would mean I don't have to worry about my flights individually and then keeping track of each one until June - heck yes, convenience!
Jan. 25th I confirmed my flights with this agent, and called with my payment information, excited he found exactly what I was looking for. Providing my credit card information I assumed he would charge it the same day. The next morning I checked my visa statement for pending payments. To my surprise, there was nothing. I let the weekend go by and I emailed him Jan 30th asking for a receipt of my purchase to kind of nudge him in case he got distracted and forgot. He responded almost immediately saying "Yes sending e ticket and  receipt  tomorrow."
Perfect, right? A couple of days pass and I hear nothing. At this point I start getting nervous as flights are getting more expensive by the day and filling up! Jan 3rd I had enough waiting so I contacted Vucidar via phone this time. I called and asked when I should be expecting the charge on my credit card. He said "early next week, it's almost done." Thinking hmmm this sounds familiar, I gave him the benefit of the doubt for the last time. Jan 7th, I get an email with a new itinerary. Confused I email him back asking why one of the flights have been changed when I had already agreed on the original itinerary. He replied with "Yes but until you call with credit card reservation is canceled . For the same prices this is I have know .
Tomorrow is the  last date for sale I villa tray to get this flight."
At this point I am fuming as I had been strung along for 2 weeks. I replied explaining my confusion and requesting his supervisor contact me. Two days later, haven't heard anything yet.

Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service I recieved. I shouldn't have to chase after someone I'm paying. I could've booked my flight myself and save 200$ three weeks ago when the prices were much lower had I known. At this point even if I get a call from the supervisor I'm still not going to book through them out of principal. Why would I give them my money after being treated so poorly?

Would not recommend if you actually want to get to where you're going. If I could give it no stars I would.
