Today I was rescued by Vietnam Visa Services. We have a family vacation planned to Da Nang. I have a US passport, and the rest of my family has Philippine passports, which don't require a visa. Unfortunately for me, I waited until 2 days before the trip to request my e-Visa. I was not aware that the processing time was 3-19 business days. So, here it is travel day, and I don't have my visa. Fortunately I found Vietnam Visa Services online, and they offered an option for travelers who have already requested a visa from the Vietnam government, but have not yet received it. This option was half the price of the services offered by other providers, which did not offer an "in-process" visa option. I am pleased to say that I received my e-Visa within the expedited 4-hour window I requested. And now, I can enjoy my vacation with my family. I am very grateful to Vietnam Visa Services.

Official Vietnam government evisa website entered my birthdate wrong. This website helped me change my evisa in a little more than 2 hours for relatively cheap ($100) compared to the other urgent evisa websites. Message them on WhatsApp, they respond quickly.
