My stay at the Beacon was perfect. Decor and Cottage was set up for relaxation and comfort. Everything you could ever need is there. The area is absolutely gorgeous and the views and set up of the property are incredible. I would highly recommend any of the Sleepy house properties based on this weekend stay. I will be returning and using the other properties in the future. 6 Stars out of 5!!!!

Really nice spot. Cottage had everything we needed, plus more. Watching fishing boats drop their pots every morning. Eagles fly over every day. Beautiful sandy beach nearby, took our dogs there any they absolutely loved it. The sound of the waves easily put us asleep every night. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at the house on St. Peter’s bay last summer (mid-August), brought the whole fam out, including Grandma and Grandpa. It’s an easy (and pretty 🤩) drive from Charlottetown and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The property itself is quite large with big open spaces for the kids to play and the sunsets were stunning, the whole bay turned to gold. That front deck is one of my “happy places” that I keep in my head for when I need them. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, the place was very clean and the beds and furnishings were very comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

Also, I love this site!! The prices you see are the prices you get, no tack on charges for cleaning or bringing my pet with me. I’ve always hated the way other sites do that and it’s refreshing to find one where I don’t get dinged for “extras” at checkout. The properties are accurately represented (no fish-eye photography!) and they all show very well online. When I finally get my own vacation home on the east coast this is where I’ll be advertising it for sure. Well done Sleepyhouse!!

We stayed at the ‘Summerhouse’ overlooking St. Peter’s Bay, PEI, last summer with our daughter and family. Well appointed and maintained large cottage with sweeping views over the bay. The magnificent trails and beaches of Greenwich National Park are just minutes away. Loved the brand new kitchen and outdoor fire pit area (with horseshoes!)

What a spectacular spot! From the in-cottage comfort, the breathtaking view, and the convenient proximity to tourist attractions, we can't say enough good things about our time in Deep Cove. Thank you to the amazing hosts for allowing us to make lasting family memories there!

We stayed at the Summerhouse at St. Peters. The views were beautiful and the house was fantastic. We had never been to the east coast before and the accommodations were part of what made our first trip there such a great one! I loved how it was so close to the Greenwich National Park.

The perfect place to reconnect with family and relax. Comfy beds, a fantastic cook’s kitchen, lots of space inside and out, and all the jigsaw puzzles you can handle. Nearby Greenwich beach with its boardwalks and uncrowded sandy beach is a dream. I could spend an entire summer here. Go down to Rick’s and order the muscles - you won’t regret it!
