It was our absolute pleasure to use the services of Travel Port Pickering, in particular dealing with Kumar. Kumar and the travel agency were very helpful in securing the package that we requested, including the hotel upgrades and multiple departure cities for my family. Our party of six had all the resources for our trip to Varadero, including spacious transportation for our party to Havana, very responsible driver and a tour guide that happened to be professor of history that explained all relevant details. Kumar made sure to contact the hotel prior to our arrival to ensure all accommodations and upgrades are accurate and we are very thankful that he did that. The travel agency did explain to us the different forms required by our destination country which made the arrival process seamless and easy. We will definitely be contacting Travel Port for all our upcoming vacations and thank Kumar for the extra attention to detail he gave.

We dealt with another travel agency for a long time. Since COVID, it wasn't the same.
We found Travel Port through a friend.
We met Lynda,to help arrange vacations to Las Vegas for a wedding. She worked very hard, to find us the right trip. We have recommended Lynda to other people who are going to Vegas with us, she has helped them too.
Will be going back to her, when vacation time comes around again.

Honestly. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Way to angry to even go into details....don't bother using this office. They take your payment then you don't hear from them again.....more details to follow.
