“Never judge a book by its cover” is all I can say! The cinema is in a small town, but has the absolutely best customer service. Employees are very friendly and the popcorn was freshly made for us

The seats are very comfortable although they don’t recline, but that wasn’t missed. Lots of leg room and the tickets are so much cheaper than the city.

Sharon the cinema manager is one of the nicest people you could meet. So friendly and quite obvious that she throughly enjoys her customers and her role.

My granddaughter who lives in the city, was very impressed and certainly surprised at the great experience she had. Yes and in Cobourg!!

A cinema we will be visiting again!

Nice old style 3-theatres.
Big room and screen.
We’ve been here a couple of times and the staff are friendly.

I do think the theatre should get a discount on their rent in that mall as the access to the second floor theatre is severely compromised. No escalator since December and the elevator is verrry slow (we thought it was out of service too). AAND the stairs were mostly blocked off.
This was the first week of January 2025.

Also, the trailers were quite inappropriate for the film (2 horror trailers in front of the Bob Dylan movie).
We mentioned this to the very kindly Manager and she said she honestly didn’t have much else to show right now. She also turned on the overhead lights so we could search for a lost hat after the movie.

This is my go-to cinema, the staff are extremely friendly and provide amazing service.

On average I'd say I spend about 45$ for the night out with my partner, we share the Managers combo and upgrade the popcorn to a large, everytime I go I NEED that popcorn! It's delicious!

Seating and overall cleanliness of the theater are always amazing.
