Bien que l'hôtel soit situé près de la voie ferrée, nous n'avons pas entendu de train ... par contre, vers 7h du matin, on commence à entendre le trafic routier.||Néanmoins, la chambre est spacieuse, la literie très bonne, une grande salle de bain. De plus l'hôtel dispose d'une grande piscine et d'un jacuzzi.||L'accueil est parfait, personnalisé et répond à toutes vos questions et attentes.

Really nice rooms at this hotel, unfortunately our room had black hairs in the bathroom. They took off the 30 dollar pet fee to compensate. Service gets only 3 stars because when I checked in they would not match the online room price of $161 for 2 queen beds. The best they could do was $185. I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice room!

Great stay here. We got a restaurant voucher for passing on room cleaning when we were only staying one night anyway.  We got coffee for the second morning, so I didn’t feel like I was missing anything.  The room was clean and bright.  The restaurant had a great breakfast.  There is also a good gym.  I was very comfortable.

Room is spacious but no kettle for water.
It’s quiet area. Air conditioning location is a bit strange that can’t circulate the bed near the bathroom.

Blanket is not fluffy type to my preference.

Shower power is good!

Free coffee and tea at reception in the morning. We just stayed a night for business trip.

Hotel was clean, rooms quiet except for the smelling of doors at 7am. If you don’t hold the doors to gently close they slam shut. Very loud unfortunately. Beds super comfortable. The one complaint I have is we received a $15 coupon if we didn’t opt for room cleaning but when we read the fine print, it had to be used for in dining, and couldn’t be used for alcohol beverages and you had to spend more than the $15. To top it off, we decided to go to their restaurant for breakfast but the coupon had expired so when I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they apologized and gave me a new one but this new one was for $10. If you’re going to reward your customers then don’t put limits on the reward. Just my opinion.

The breakfast at their restaurant was very good! Sarah our server was an awesome waitress. We had the eggs Benny and eggs over easy plate. Highly recommend the eggs Benny. The hollandaise sauce isn’t made in house but it tasted great! The location isn’t great for walking downtown but the walk is doable.

Front desk service was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early. The room was clean but quite in need of upgrade. Carpet so worn the pattern was no longer a pattern. The water smelled like dirt so had to buy drinking water. The bed was not overly comfortable and pillows did not meet my expectations. I found one from the 2 beds that I could tolerate. I did not request cleaning service so was provided with $10 off vouchers for the restaurant which I was able to use one and the food was quite good. The location was not as close to amenities as I prefer and the train was right behind my room. I appreciated the staff resolving the bright light issue I had from the heating/cooling system. I feel it is overpriced considering the need for renovation and no breakfast provided.
