The place is nice enough for the money and seemingly has been updated in the last while. The small kitchen looked fine although I didn't use it & the bed was nice, although a bit soft n the sides. The shower looked OK (didn't use it) but the fixtures were coated in soap scum. A couple of wall mounted towel hooks would be nice. My room was close to the beach end and was very quiet at night. I would stay there again.

I work for a prestigious heritage hotel that cannot be a five star hotel due to the restrictions of the building to renovate, but we always strive to offer a five star service. Richter Pass Beach Resort reminds me of that. The room was simple, and bathroom was small but we had everything we needed, and I could tell, they put some efforts to upgrade the room. I always have 'S' hocks in my toiletry bag and they came in handy as the counter space was limited, and not much shelving unit to place our necessities in the bathroom. Our room was facing the lake and we are so glad we chose to pay extra. As other review mentioned, Stacy, Hewie, and other staff were all kind and down to earth, and doing their best to make us welcomed and comfortable. I received a few text messages from the resort during our stay regarding what's happening around the resort. Because of that, we were able to join an unexpected entertainment; a hula dance and an interactive African drum and dancing night in the property. It was a lot of fun to enjoy the evening with other guests; kids and adults at the resort. The backdrop of the entertainment was stunning... lake and sunset view! I woke up early every morning, and walked to the quiet private beach from one side to the other while watching the sun rising from the mountain, and it was the best way to start the day! Location is great. We are wine lovers, and we went 2 to 3 wineries every day, mostly in Oliver, which was only 15 minutes easy and scenic drive to many wineries. Highly recommend the resort!

This is a great location in Osoyoos. It’s right on the beach, and close to all the amenities. The staff are very friendly and the service is great. It’s definitely an older motel with some upgrades. But bang for buck I would recommend it for sure, especially if you do not want to pay several hundred dollars a night for staying at the neighbours! I love the fridge and stove combo. It’s definitely decades old, but it is the biggest coldest fridge I have ever had in any motel or hotel. I’ll be going back for sure. Thank you for a great stay and the hospitality.

Terrible hotel. There were rat traps set up. Our fire alarm beeped every 10 minutes so we got no sleep. We complained about it - she didnt care as she was getting paid anyways (expedia)
We had nowhere to sit outside. The room was freezing cold and you had no control over air conditioner. Worst place to stay

Great place to stay to enjoy the beach and view, friendly staff and awesome live music on Saturdays. Room was basic and clean. Close to restaurants, wineries and waterfront walk.

Very nice place and awesome service. We spent 5 months during the winter and it was the perfect spot for us. It's pet friendly and the location is perfect. The apartments are a little small, but they have everything you need. The owners always take care of the guests. The price is fair with what you get.

Great location, Stacy and Hughie were good managers and very pleasant.
The condo we rented had all our basic needs, although the unit is a little run down and needs some tlc and maintenance. IE: flooring, both sliding patio doors the dual panes were full of condensation, coffee table and dining set need replacing, Queen bed mattress is starting to sag in the middle.
