-L'endroit se vente d'avoir une piscine, mais elle n'est pas fonctionnelle.
-L'endroit se vente d'accepter les chiens, mais ne mentionne pas qu'il faut payer un surplus.

La chambre est grande avec un divan, une table et 2 chaises. Au centre de l'édifice, il y a une piscine. Dans notre chambre, le matelas avait un creux au centre. Il devrait être changé. Pour le déjeuner, c'était le minimum: céréales, pain, œufs durs, saucisses, jus et café.

Cet hotel est bien situee.sur Queens Ave.Lors de notre arrivee,la preposee a l,acceuil est souriante et tres a l,ecoute.La chambre est tres propre,les lits sont confortables,et la salle de bain est propre ,l,air climatisee est tres bien.

Positive: The room was clean and comfortable; although a lot of neighbors on the 2nd floor, which I requested, they were quiet. The breakfast offerings were adequate, including the link sausages and hard boiled eggs, which I appreciated. Negative: The thing that I didn't like was dirty linens and garbage bags in the hallways on the 2nd floor. I was unaware that a group of families had been placed there by Red Cross, due to recent flood. Okay, but hallways still should be clean for new guests.

I used to love this hotel and stayed here every time I have visited Brandon since the 1980’s as a kid travelling with my family, but my most recent experience was anything but pleasant. First, I booked in advance and requested a second floor room, however when I checked in I asked if my room was on the second floor I was told that they could not accommodate my request because the hotel was full of wildfire evacuees who had been evacuated from their communities less than 24 hours prior. Since I booked my room a long time before that I thought my request should have been taken into consideration when the other hotel guests were assigned rooms. Upon checking in the staff member was not the friendliest, but everyone else I encountered at the front desk was awesome and made up for the somewhat rudeness I received from the rep when checking in.

Free breakfast was definitely the worst I have ever encountered at any hotel. Hot options were a dirty make-your-own waffle iron, hard boiled eggs that had the consistency of rubber, and cheap, greasy sausages. There was also bread for toast, and two very basic cereal options however there were no danishes, muffins or fresh fruits like you see at most other continental breakfasts at other hotels.

The room itself was clean and somewhat comfortable, however it was quite cold and the in-room thermostat did nothing to control the temperature in the room. The bathroom floor was so cold that it felt like I was getting frostbite on my feet when walking barefoot. The bed was a 6 out of 10 for comfort, but the lack of a king bed option in any of their rooms was very disappointing.

Overall, for the price the hotel was acceptable, but you get what you pay for and it was not good enough to make me stay here again the next time I come to Brandon.

Stayed here for three nights. It was fine, since I was working most of the time and out of the room, but I wouldn't stay here again. The couch in the room was incredibly dirty, so much so that I didn't want to sit on it, and worked in a coffee shop most days. The room phone didn't work so I wasn't able to call down for clean towels (mine were stained/dirty) or to report about the couch. Breakfast was included, but otherwise nothing that would make it something I'd come back for - watered down juice, two Walmart bread options (white and brown), hard boiled eggs and sausages, two cereal option, and diy waffles. Microwave in unit worked, and the fridge was a good size.

I absolutely love this hotel! Staff are amazing! Beds are super comfy! Great pool/hot tub area.. Best breakfast! Yes bathrooms are a bit dated and shower curtains may not be fully waterproof... but so what. Safe, clean, comfy and priced perfectly. It's always our go to when in Brandon. 💜
