Management was very friendly.|The room was clean , bed comfy , WiFi very good. Possibility to have a smoker chalet. |It's not fancy but perfect for young travelers.|All right for the price.||Ce qui ressemblait au manager à été tres accomodant et sympa . Les lits étaient confos, le wifi était excellent , ma chambre était propre et repondais à mes attentes vu le prix payer. Je reccomende pour jeune voyageurs avec petit budget.|La déco fais année 80 |

Joli motel original chaque unité est indépendante, nous avons adoré , le wifi est un peu difficile a chargé.

My hubby moved from the comfort inn to the chalet. He says the staff are super friendly and helpful. They are very accommodating and he’s been able to extend their stay and add more rooms. The food in the restaurant is amazing and very affordable. The rooms are all being renovated and his is all brand new and fresh. He highly recommends this motel 🤗

In room 15. The rug not clean, bottom of feet black. Lots of cigarette burn holes in the rug and bed spreads. Didn't smell clean. Everything is old and worn out. Needs to do major renovations to this place. The floor is rotting in one area near the bathroom. Doors and fridge dented, lots of cobwebs in the corners and bugs in the windows. Curtains put up backwards. Lots of water damage around the baseboards. Bathroom flooring coming up along tub, big burn mark on flooring in front of the electric heat rad which is right beside the tub. Dead flies on the rug. The rug needs to be ripped out and replaced with something other then a rug so you can wash/clean the floor properly.Our dog wouldn't even sleep on the floor and he kept sniffing the rug. There is a machine that is called a vacuum and a rug shampooer but it won't do any good with this rug. This place should be condemned until it can be brought up to standards.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. The sheets were dirty. The bed was hard. I had to pay a $200.00 damage deposit was put through as a sale. They said they would refund me and send email with refund confirmation. I have yet to receive the damage deposit refund or the email confirming the refund was made to the card they stated it would be. I have given them ample time to process the refund but no refund has been done. Also there is no proof of the refund being done. When i call to ask where it was i was made to feel like i was inconveniencing them.

Was travelling back from Ontario to Calgary and needed a place to have a quick snooze and hunker down from the storm. It’s old, tired and could use new carpets and beds but it was adequate for a nights sleep to recharge. Just off the highway and close to food. Noticed when I left at 4 am that the office said open. So if u just want to get out of the car and grab a quick sleep, you can’t go wrong with this place, as long as you don’t expect much. I paid 66 for the night off of booking.com

The room is filthy. I expected shabby, rundown but not downright dirty and believe me my standards are not high. Hair, dust and dirt and easy to clean drops of liquid on the bathroom floor, absolutely disgusting carpet ( not taking my shoes off), stains on the inside duvet and the bedspreads, but we know they rarely launder the bedspread. They also charged me an extra person charge for a two bed, two person stay as in I am not one person sleeping in a two double bed room. There are two of us. Makes no sense cuz there is no breakfast so it’s not based on two of us eating.

Stayed in #8. Sheets looked clean/towels clean. Killed a fly when we got inside. Floors dark and off balance. Thought it looked like an old cabin. Will just stay a night.
Was changing this morning and BEDBUG fell out of shirt and after inspection found one still attached to body. At first, I thought it was a tick but after googling, I realized they must be BEDBUGS. 😭
I have traveled all over the world and never experienced bedbugs or ticks.
I freaked out and did not get pictures.
Will never return and recommend not staying here no matter how desperate. Should have slept in the car. 1 star because needed to leave a review.
Only positive - it is quiet. They seemed pretty booked.
