Restaurant side, I find that the service is really friendly, and kind, food I find really good and tasty. I definitely recommend the restaurant. Hotel side I never been so I can't comment on it.

Smells like mold no wifi bad experience if you stay here check the bed for bugs no ventilation windows don't open in the front rooms

This place is old and dirty. The only good thing was the bed was clean and comfy. It smells moldy. Tv didn’t work. No coffee maker, glasses or hair dyer. The green towels look so old and used from the 70s. If the health inspector came they’d be shut down. Carberry needs a decent hotel.

Our room was dated but clean & comfy. Mattresses were clean & comfy. Bathroom small/dated & tiny yet useable. Had everything we needed.

Food: breakfasts that were had was more than satisfying.

In dire need of redoing. Could be cleaner. Fridge doesn't work. Old metal shower is scary, tap is very poor, no shelves.
No coffee maker in room.
You get what you pay for.
Deadbolts would be great.
Heating was poor.
No idea what the cafe is like.

We picked this motel because of its location and the appropriate distance for the day's bike ride. The host was very nice and helpful. The room not so much. It's dated and many of the facilities didn't work properly. The mattress was lumpy. In fairness, they are new to the business and might be able to bring it up a notch with good decisions and hard work.

Very kind staff, location is great and the food is good. Rooms are affordable, not the best condition but I understand it's new owners so I'm sure that will change. The staff go above for customers as I have witnessed and heard from previous guests.

We go there often. Their staff is very nice and friendly. The Dining area was renovated not too long ago. Their bathrooms are always clean. The food is awesome, they must have some really nice and experienced cooks. Love going there. You get some good quality food there and the portions are good too for the price you pay.
