Magnificent site! Not open to public yet (family acquaintance). Far away from the main road, the dirt road leading to it is bumpy! Lots of bird around. Exceptional site to take pictures and get a peaceful vacation. Wheelchair accessible but that could be improve (specially the bathrooms). Enough space in front of the house to put a big ramp. Five rooms for visitors, would be perfect for weddings and receptions! Speakers all over the mansion. Nice decorations.I

Incredible B&B! Nothing left to chance here. Beautiful location and the fit, finish and cleanliness are outstanding. From the perfect bedroom to the executive kitchen to the fireplace in the great room, the place is first class all the way! Chad and Kimberly are thoughtful and friendly hosts who really knows what their doing. And to top it off my wife is getting free shuttle service to Deer Lake airport. Fantastic place! Excellent value!

NOT AS ADVERTISED: The owner had two properties which I was not aware of. From ALL the pictures online I understood I was booking at the Tranquil Waters Inn located on the water. This was not the case.

I didn’t get directions until I arrived at the Inn on the water and was only then told by the cleaning staff that I was at the wrong location and my booking was for a house downtown.

We then had difficulty finding the house which was located in an industrial area of town. Thankfully it was only a booking for one night! While we were there we had to redirect two other families that were having the same issue. One family was staying with us and was not aware it was a house sharing setting and the other couple was booked at the inn and didn’t know.

Better communication and transparency is needed for this establishment.

What a relaxing little accommodation! Private, quiet, quaint, relaxing, beautiful! Tranquil Waters is truly a one-of-a-kind Boutique Hotel. This is the first time my husband and I have stayed anywhere like this. We checked in which was easy, there is no 24-hour front desk, but who needs that! (We are actually finding that is not uncommon in Newfoundland!) A welcome letter, all the information to get to our room, was all available right at the front door. That keeps it even more intimate! Thank you Tranquility waters for giving us such an amazing night here in Deer Lake!
