I've had my insurance with Derek and Owen for over 15 years. They provide competitive rates and excellent customer service. They are always available to assist, even after hours. I've called their cell on a Saturday morning when I had questions and needed help with a claim. They walked me through the whole process and made me feel very at ease. My husband and I have been with Dorchester Insurance Brokers since we moved back to Ontario in 2000.
We have always had excellent service and advice from Owen. His attention to detail ensuring we always had the best coverage and protection over the years, can not be matched. We had a devastating house fire in 2013, when we contacted Owen to inform him he had a representative there in under 2 hours to help us through all the mind boggling things we had to do. He have us paper work to help guide us and was available at the drop of a hat if we had questions.
in our opinion a company that can maintain that type of service and professionalism through the years, is a company that will always have our business and we often refer people to them , We did a lot of referrals when people heard how good we were being treated by our insurance company, thanks to Owen going above and beyond what he needed to do
